Delicious food. Spacious dining area. Grabbed some cookies for the road. Would definitely eat here again.
Grabbed breakfast here on a whim. It had about a 30 minute wait, but was worth it. Since we're on vacation, I splurged and got... the Hunters 1800 Breakfast. At almost $30, it was worth it! The French toast was amazing, the corned beef has was awesome, andthey had some of the best bacon ever! Oh, and it came with a slice of apple pie... My wife at that later for dinner and said itwas good. My son and daughter got pancakes, both loved them. My wife got the pumpkin pancakes. She loved them, even thoughthey were slightly undercooked. This is really a step up from all the breakfast diners in this part of the country. It's clean, spacious and offers a bigger... variety of breakfast items. They claim to have the best coffee in the area and I would have to agree. It was rich and full offlavor without making you feel like you're drinking an overly strong coffee. We are from the general area and took a drive today. On our way back, we saw the cafe and decided to give it a try. When we got... there they were very busy but seemed tables were clearing out so only had to wait about 10 minutes. It was well worth the wait!The sandwiches were delicious, staff friendly and attentive. They were short staffed but you would have never known it. Veryhappy with our experience and can?t wait to go back and try their breakfast. Also the cafe is the former Land of Make Believeand that made it even more special as my parents took us there when we were kids. Read more
Went to breakfast here today. First, we purchased some cinnamon rolls and scones, to have at home later this week. Got seated... right away. Good service and the best meal we've had since coming here on Saturday. Portions are large, and food was delicious!I had an omelet, which was very fluffy and good. My daughter had a breakfast sandwich, which she said was very tasty. I wouldrecommend this place for breakfast! Read more
One of the best American style breakfast In Adirondack. Loved their omelette and choice of breads with home fries. Their trouts... are also amazing. We visited on weekend and wait time was also 30-45 mins for outdoor patio siting but it was worth to wait. Theview from the patio is great. Read more

Absolutely awesome! We stopped here after a hike and after we couldn't find anything else open on a Friday for lunch. The menu... offered breakfast and lunch. The tuna sandwich was delicious and fresh. The fries were perfect. The portions were huge so youdon't have to worry about leaving hungry. Our server was kind and friendly. We got some baked goods to-go and the berry muffinwas the best I've ever had in my life. I'm going to stop back on my way out of town just to buy more. Read more
