This is one of the WORST pizza delivery places in the area. I think it is RIDICULOUS that you order pizza and receive it 3... hours later but we're promised 60 to 75 minutes delivery. It is even more ridiculous that the pizza was completed and qualitychecked 2 hours before the delivery. By the time you get the pizza it is cold and chewy. My kids ended up falling asleep without dinner the pizza came so late. The young lady that answers the phone is beyond rude and she thinks this service isacceptable. Read more

Dominos pizza experience on Main Street in upper Marlboro is oooohkay. Hit or miss and I suggest to never order chicken from... them. I never order from them for this reason and was talked into ordering and yet again, a disappointment. Please see thephoto. Chicken half cooked and they half sauced it. I ordered BBQ chicken and they sprinkled the sauce on it. Read more

Our order was placed online wne we waited for 1.5 hours and no pizza was delivered so I called to track the order and after 15... minutes of waiting on the line I was told no order was shown on their syste. and she transferred me to the local store. Never had a problem with this store. I only do carryout. My hand tossed pizza and cheese bread is consistent and that's just... what I expect. Good price. Makes me fatter. I'd love to eat more. Read more

I ordered a Brooklyn style crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I ended up receiving a handtoss with garlic crust, the... chicken bites were hard. The 2lt of coke was the only thing good about the meal. Obviously the staff is illiterate because theyseem to constantly make mistakes. Never again will I order from the location. Read more

Not only was my food dropped at my neighbors house, but I had to leave my kids, go across the street to retrieve my food. But... they acted like it was my fault and the manager had an attitude with me! I have ordered from the app several times, and had nothad an issue, but the moment I am reporting an issue they don?t want to take blame? that?s absurd! My husband and I own two local businesses in the town of Upper Marlboro. We actually order pizza from this Domino's very often.... Just yesterday we ordered a carry out special from our business, paid per usual and picked up the pizza. Upon arriving back toour business the pizza was cold and did not taste fresh. My husband placed a call informing Domino's about the pizza theybasically told him that he was lying. He spoke with the manager Kyle who also tried to say that the pizza was fresh as well. We simply just wanted the pizza remade and offered to bring the previous pizza back but they declined. Instead the manager saidthat he would issue us a refund for our troubles which was also fine. No refund was issued, so we called back today to see ifmaybe we had a credit instead only to be rudely spoken to by Kendall. She stated that the general manger would not grant therefund request because nothing was wrong with the pizza. However, we are telling them what the pizza taste like and they wereinsisting that it didn't But how would they know that, unless they tasted the pizza themselves. Long story short Kendall keptbeing rude to my husband and said we will not be taking your order and hung up the phone on him which is very unprofessional. Icalled back from another business phone she picked up the phone and hung up twice. I called from another line and when sheanswered she said hold said she would get the manager placed me on hold for over 10 minutes only to pick up and hang up again. I called back once more from another number and she answered to take the order as if it was a new customer. This is beyonddisgusting for anyone to run their business this way. We are neighborhood locals and felt completely disrespected by theemployee and the manager of this establishment. We will never purchase pizza from them again due to their disrespect and willbe letting the town know at the next town hall for business owners. Read more
