Ordered carry out. It was ready when I got there. Store was a little busy inside. Quality of food - it was Domino's!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This domino?s is the worst. I placed an order online for delivery. It?s now 90 minutes later... and my food is not here. Since it?s been an hour and a half, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. The guy thatanswered was rude, said the driver was en route but I can keep the food and my money will be back on my card in three days?thenproceeded to hang up on me. Read more
I ordered a Lg specialty pizza and BBQ wings. When my order was was delivered. I received a Lg cheese pizza. When I called the... store to let them know my order was in correct. I spoke to three people before the manager got on the phone. The manager wasnot professional and tried to make ther error be my fault. She tried to tell me that we didn't specify which specialty pizza. If there was multiple ones, I should have been asked when ordering. The Manger told me I have to pay additional cost. I toldthe manager it's there mistake. She got upset with and she was going back and forth me, and then decided to just Send thecorrect item. Today is Jan 1, 2022 at 9 pm. The manager on duty need to be retrained on customer service. Without customersshe would have no job. Owner of this chain need to check who you have running you operation.
