If I could give ZERO stars I would. This domino?s is the worst. I placed an order online for delivery. It?s now 90 minutes later... and my food is not here. Since it?s been an hour and a half, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. The guy thatanswered was rude, said the driver was en route but I can keep the food and my money will be back on my card in three days?thenproceeded to hang up on me. Read more
I ordered a Lg specialty pizza and BBQ wings. When my order was was delivered. I received a Lg cheese pizza. When I called the... store to let them know my order was in correct. I spoke to three people before the manager got on the phone. The manager wasnot professional and tried to make ther error be my fault. She tried to tell me that we didn't specify which specialty pizza. If there was multiple ones, I should have been asked when ordering. The Manger told me I have to pay additional cost. I toldthe manager it's there mistake. She got upset with and she was going back and forth me, and then decided to just Send thecorrect item. Today is Jan 1, 2022 at 9 pm. The manager on duty need to be retrained on customer service. Without customersshe would have no job. Owner of this chain need to check who you have running you operation. After a very long work day that started at 4am, not getting home til 7pm, I thought I?d treat myself to a pizza delivery.... Instead I got a smushed blob of cheese and bread that I wouldn?t offer to anyone I respect. Read more
Placed pizza order today at 5:09, said it would be ready at 5:59 at 5:48 received a message that the pizza was on the way. At... 6:25 we called and surprise surprise the pizza is still at the store, will be another 20 minutes...why the trickery? Waiting atthe Sleep Inn for our order to drive back to our house, since they don't deliver to the house...called back at 6:50 and sat onhold because I asked for a manager, sat on hold for over 13 minutes, no one ever took me off, the manager never came. At thispoint I've been waiting for my food for 1 hr 16 minutes at the pick up/delivery location, but in total over 2 hours. Worstcustomer service ever. Read more
When placing your order, don't do a timed order. They won't honor the time since as they say, as soon as it comes on the screen,... they have to make it. I placed an order to be delivered at 11 a.m. this morning to have it delivered 30 minutes in advance. Whenthe employee who is currently working the shift was questioned, she made sure to quickly hang up and offered no apology whenasked about the early delivery. Yeah, great job guys, way to keep customers coming back. The only reason why this location doesget people coming back is because nobody else literally delivers to my street. Read more
