A worker there refused to give me a cup of water (which every other restaurant gives you). He was also VERY rude and looked very... annoyed when I came back with a card (cash is not accepted there.) The burger was wet? Greasy if I may say. The fries were soggyand don?t even get my started on those onion rings. To make things worse throwing up in the bathroom, I saw the eating ahamburger just moments before. I would like to say that if you see anyone with dyed hair working there, stay away. Do NOT eathere. Our favorite food stop at Six Flags. Burgers, tenders and shakes. Not a full Johnny Rockets menu.
This place was good inside of Six Flags. The pricing was alright for how much food you get. I got a burger that comes with fries... and onion rings and it was about $18. The people though...attitudes! All the girls in the front were looking at customers androlling their eyes and talking with a "I don't care" attitude. As about 95% of the staff at Six flags anyways. I was at Johnny Rockets in Six Flags in Upper Marlboro Maryland on Friday April 15, 2022 and the service was terrible. It was... very busy at 1pm and one person on the register although they have 2 registers. A man went up to cashier and had coupons thatwere not working. The young lady tried but couldn't do it. She went to the manager who came over and tried but the coupons stillweren't working. He walked away and she tried again and again. She went to the manager again who finally took him to anotherregister. This took 20 minutes of holding up the line. The man was inconsiderate because the coupons did not work no matter whatanyone did. He was just a pain but the young girl and the manager mishandled this situation terribly. A lot of folks left andwent somewhere else which I'm sure doesn't matter to management but for the folks already online this was a disgrace. Both theyoung girl and manager need to be retrained. 5 minute delay is ok but 20 minutes because of mishandling is horrible. They shouldbe ashamed. Read more
This location is located inside Six Flags theme park. Customer service was excellent but the burger was not up to Johnny Rockets... standard. The fries were fresh but I suggest this location follows franchise instructions and recipes for better tasting food. Read more
Nobody in charge. See my grease covered burger in a smashed bun. My son's was the same way. Prices high.
Terrible experience. Music is loud that you cannot hear yourself thinking. Fries are dry. Burgers are cold. I wish I can give no... stars. That's not how JR operates. Read more
