been buying pizza from upper Marlboro for years....first time I could not enjoy this time....Pizza had way way to much... sauce....had to scrap off all excess cause and build the ingredients back on. New cook or something....now I know why thepizza was so heavy. Hope you can get back to the original. Read more

Of all of the Ledo?s this one has the worst service and the LONGEST wait time. I was on hold for 10 minutes to order a pizza.... Called back and before two words could be uttered I was placed on hold AGAIN by an extremely rude employee. I prefer to go tothis one because it?s closest to my home. But at this point I?ll just drive the extra 15 minutes for timely and friendlyservice. if you want a Ledo pizza anytime within that same day just go somewhere else. ???? Read more

The food at this Ledos is hit or miss. This is the 4th time I've gotten my ceaser salad with old wilted lettuce. Don't think... it's romaine lettuce, as it should be like I get from other Ledos. The lettuce is extremely soggy. Think I'll stick to thelocation in Largo. Disappointed Read more

Horrible customer service. owner( i assume) practically taunting me after botching my pizza order and having driven all the way... back to get a fresh Deluxe pizza with ALL the ingredients promolosed on the menu. I am not going to give you the fresh newpizza she says as she pulled the pizza away from me.. until you give me back the old one!!! yep no sorry no discount tocompensate me for my gas and time of having to come back. she and youngster behind the desk had the unmitigared gaul to say theyoffered me the $2.50 cents refund of the missing bacon on.my large deluxw but i optednfor another pizza so basically i refusedtheir gift. Umm Nope. since when is giving me merely a refund of what you neglected to give me viewed as compensation forbotching ny food and my time and gas ised to come back to pick up the new order? AND the kicker is they tried to trick me intogiving them the old pizza back and lied about having made a new pizza . they thought they could throw bacon on and gibe methis now dried up pizza back. huh? new ownership wont last with this miserable attitude towards customers. pizza is not asgood..meager ingredients and bad service. saddddd. not one complaint in 20 years under previous managmenet. and ownership now Iwill NEVER go back. staY clear and use Ledos at Ritchi station instead. i amwarnong everyone. The only reason this location gets 3 stars is because the pizza tastes good, and I like the location in downtown Upper Marlboro.... The store staff are unprofessional and not very attentive to timely service and customer needs. I have had issues with my orderon average 3/5 times. Read more

I did a pickup off line, and the food was ready when I showed and they made pickup quick and easy. Fair price. Really enjoyed... the garlic bread/toast and the wings. We didn't love the pizza, but we just ordered a meal deal and we aren't the biggest thincrust fans. Will certainly try again and try a different style. Read more

I will never be eating at this Ledos ever again, I do not recommend eating here. I received burnt pizza that was completely... un-edible and when we called to receive a refund the person on the phone told me that since a manager wasn?t there they couldn?thelp me to call again at the end of the week and send pictures of my pizza to a number they provided me with. Well I did allthis and still nothing, I have yet to receive my refund which I paid about $80 for my order that came out looking like charcoalyet still no refund. So if you want burnt crispy pizza and to be told to deal with it then this is the place to go. It is anabsolute shame to see the standards that this place has now. I used to go here every week but that will never happen again as IWILL NOT pay for un-edible food then to be told ? sorry the manager is not here and will not be here until the end of the weekso we can?t help you, you just have to deal with it or call back at another time?
