Every time I come to this store there?s always this manger pushing and calling her employees names and that?s very... unprofessional and not right! There is also the sweetest hispanic boy with curly hair every time I come by he always complementsme or makes me laugh! And he always remembers me the food is good the manger is not so good and thee employees are so nice ifyou want to feel better go there! But their soda machine is always breaking. Read more
Buyer beware....Went for breakfast and ordered sausage burritos meal and sausage mac griddle. The guy who was taking the drive... through order was rushing me and I asked him to wait a minute. So he never asked my drink or sauces. I asked for 4 honeymustards and a coffee with splenda. No one said there is an extra charge for sauce and coffee they charged me one dollar extrafor the honey mustard and twenty cents for the coffee. When I got to the window I asked why was I being charge for sauce,they said because they charge you for sauce. I never got syrup or salsa or anything. I asked the manager on duty and she saidthe sauces were 20 cents, I asked why did you charge me a dollar for four and she said oh they must be 25 cents. I told themto give me my money back. We should not ever have our hopes up too high for McDonald?s, but today was the day. Literally ever time I order nuggets,... whether I ask or not, I am given sweet and sour sauce. This is the worst sauce McDonald?s has created to date, yet this locationforces this sauce on me and my family. I asked for HOT MUSTARD and BARBECUE and I was given 1 Hot Mustard and ZERO Bbq. Probably the worst McDonald's I have been to. If you come here just go through the drive thru because it seems like that is the... only thing they tend to. If you're a dine-in customer expect minimal and unfriendly service. Playground is closed. Tried to usethe kiosk since I have 3 indecisive kids but it didn't work. The guy that finally came to the cash register asked if we weregonna order, no smile, no friendliness whatsoever. After ordering I came back and waited at the front counter for my drink cups,no one even acknowledged me. The guy at the register was also handling food and not wearing his mask. No gloves, no washinghands between touching money and touching food. Unsanitary and unfriendly. Won't be back. Read more
If you ever want to visit the worlds worst McDonald?s. Go here. I mean this whole heartily when I said I will drive 20 minutes... out of my way to go to a different McDonald?s. I don?t think this McDonald?s has ever gotten my order right. My breakfastburritos are never warm in the middle. There is always an item missing. I?ve mobile ordered and they were out of something Imobile ordered and just didn?t replace it or say anything when they brought my order. My boyfriend ordered a cinnamon rolltonight and they forgot it of course. So he drove back around and they gave him a cold cinnamon roll. And we?re literally sorude about it. One night I tried to call because something was messed up and they took the phone off the hook. I?ve contactedcorporate, the manager, nothing ever gets done. It?s ridiculous. This McDonald's needs serious order improvement. The past four times I've been through the drive-thru, I've had to pull up and... wait for part of my order. When they finally bring me the rest, it's not complete (like only receiving 3 burgers out of 5 burgermeals). Then I have to go in. Now, my food in the car is getting cold. Tonight, after the previous scenario, I got home and myburger was raw! I couldn't believe it. Now I have to go back. Get another burger, which they made sure was completely cooked,because it was bone dry with cold cheese. They are not consistent and it is really annoying. I'm tired of wasting my time andmoney on this location. I would like to add that I've never received any bad attitude from their staff. Read more
It's McDonald's. I came At lunch time, and the fries were hot and fresh. But again, it's McDonald's, and for some reason I... feel like what goes in... usually takes an inhuman amount of time to come out...
