The worst attitudes ever seen and some guy/gal that works here (may be manager?) is just unpleasant. Worst McDs around. Its time... for something new, a Chick-Fil-A, In-N-Out Burger (but their fresh food/nothing frozen only focus would never allow East coastexistence). Long lines; must check your order for accuracy, and mgmt/employees stop lying to the computers in your drive thruabout order times. If I have to go through drive thru only to wait in parking lot then yall are cheating the clock. This isutterly ridiculous....hence Drive Thru Not Drive Thru, Park and Wait! This is not the Metro. If I order 3 drinks and I'm alonewhy do I have to ask for a cupholder--common sense decisions should be automatic. 50/50 chance of rubber nuggets and cardboardfries. Hope the Ice cream and Smoothie machine isn't down on the day you go as most Mc Donald's, but it will be out more here. Ijust don't get it. The owners at most of these establishments just don't care because they know people will be back, it'sMcDonald's after all and it's convenient. When we stop going, that is when it will change. McD's service really depends heavilyon owner/operator/staff commitment to service and meeting the needs of its clientele. New training tidbit...talk to customersthe way you want to be talked to...fix their food they way you would want yours fixed, be as efficient as you would want if youwere waiting, and last but not least smile just once. It is sad. McDonald's just isn't what it used to be. They need to bring back the hamburger college. I think that would bring... back the consistency & quality & the good taste back to the food they once served. I got home & ate my Big Mac & Fish sandwich &felt sick hours later. And it all cost about $2.00 more than it should have. Read more
Went to the drive thru this morning at 8am and I had trouble with my mobile code to get a breakfast sandwich and get one free... and a nice young lady Julissa helped me with my code and was so nice and patient will definitely be returning loved the service!!! Thank you McDonald's employee Read more
Was over charged for my order. Inquired with drive through employee about correcting my order and her error. Stated she did,... several times. She actually only removed the food from my bag, not from the order. Never gave me my receipt since I paid throughthe app. After looking at my bank account, I determined I was still charged incorrectly and over paid. Sent complaint tomanagement, never heard back. OK this McDonald has been going through hell. trying to get people to come to work and do their job Usually the manager at... night is all by herself ringing it up cooking it taking the complaints. She don't complain she just do her job sometimes you cansee tears in her eyes. Im not a big fan of this location. They will rush your order and likely mess it up. They gave me coffee that not only tasted... burnt but watery (not enough coffee beans used while brewing pot). I also had asked for breakfast sauce on my bagel includingextra sauce. When I returned and kindly asked could they correct the order the associate gave me the exact same coffee exceptshe put the cream n sugar on the side. I heard the person on the grill fussing about my request for the breakfast sauce thenthey charged me extra for it (never been charged extra before but ok) then finally they gave me my food. The food was hot and didn't taste good. The cashier was more interested in the young lady in the store than helping me.
