I just have to say?BRAVO to the staff at this location!! I hardly ever take time to write reviews on places but every single... time I leave that drive thru I always say to myself ?I need to write a review? so here I am, finally doing it!! Every singlestaff member I have encountered has always been BEYOND pleasant with me and I?ve even heard them being sweet/helpful/joking withcars in front of me on the intercom to so I know they are giving all customers equal OUTSTANDING service! I wish I knew some oftheir names to give a legit shout out to but honestly, they?re all great. I feel like I?m todays world, kindness is not spreadenough and I know first hand being in customer service/food service?it is FAR from being an easy job so for them to go thatextra mile and always have smiles and just being kind and helpful?it really can make someone?s day. Oooh baby. Never again. Not only was our order missing items but the items we did get were wrong and/or missing meat entirely.... We had ordered a combo and noticed that it was missing. We went in to get it and the new order they made us was entirely wrong.So they had two chances to get it right and still couldn?t get it together. In their defense, we had a big order withcustomizations. But I feel like they just gave us whatever in the hopes we didnt notice until too late. Do better please. Read more

I had an excellent experience here I went and the general manager there was very nice and took my order , I went in and out it... felt nice to be greeted and complimented when walking in , if I could give more stars I would . I can?t believe the awful experience I just had at the 7622 S Osborne are, Upper Marlboro, MD Taco Bell. The staff completely... messed up my order. Not a single item was correct. They asked me to pull around to the front to clear the drive thru. And ratherthan fix my order asap, they chose to take care of 10+ more customers and waste even more of my time. Then came to the doorfulfilling another customer that came after my order, informing me that they hadn?t started mine. I immediately asked for arefund and they spent another 10 minutes trying to refund my cash order because they chose to deduct the blue slushee that Ididn?t even order because they were out of cherry. They even laughed as I noted that they didn?t provide my entire refund back.I will never ever go to this store again and the experience has tarnished my view of Taco Bell as a company. I?ll recommendothers not to go to this store as well. Just shut down the store and find another place to eat. 1 star is too generous for thisTaco Bell. Read more
Every time I visit this establishment it is always 100% perfect. The food is always hot and fresh, the customer service is... always top shelf. Its always clean, from the front doors all the way to the restrooms. Please keep it up Taco Bell,establishments like this are hard to find in this day and age. Read more
It's fast that tastes good. Service was good. What else can you say about Taco Bell? The do offer kiosks for customer... convenience. You better star getting used to them because that's all you're gonna be able to order when Maryland mandates$15/hr minimum wage. Read more
This Taco Bell (Osborne Rd./Upper Marlboro MD) is going to make me visit more often. The Manager there tonight & his staff were... AWESOME with their customer service!
