I rarely visit this Wendy's because it's absolute trash but when I'm tired of Mcdonald's and want something quick, I'll come... here. But this may be my last time. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes only for my food to be wrong and nasty. And not freshdespite the fact that I sat at the window for at least 5 minutes. And like others have mentioned, whenever I go there aremultiple people standing at the drive-thru window. So, I'm not sure why they are so slow. This Wendy is vet SLOW. You sit in the drive-through line for at least fifteen minutes. The inside is always CLOSED. Even when... you get to the window, it seems as if they have an abundance of staff members that can serve the drive-through and the inside.When you pull up, they all are upfront, laughing and talking. I don't know if this particular location is a franchise orCorporation, but corporate needs to send a secret shopper out to shop at this specific Wendy's. Read more
Never have anything I want to order. Frosty machine always down. One time I went on my way to work and they said they weren?t... open at a time when they CLEARLY should have been open. Extremely unprofessional. Poor food quality. Not sure how they?regetting 5 star reviews but ok. Read more
The drive through line always is slow. I go inside they don't even greet thier customers. No one at the register. Terrible... service specifically the mid day shift on today . Sunday. Ordered inside and unfortunately ate in the dining area. The cashiers were very friendly and the orders were accurate! However,... the dining area is filthy. There was ketchup (or something) splattered on the wall and black grime on the chairs and floorcorners. Read more
Wow....... There were 8 people working that I could see and thing took forever. Then I got my cold fries! Seen them drop... fries twice to reheat drive though orders. Read more
This was, by far, my worst experience at any fast food restaurant. Used the drive through last night and you can clearly see... that the staff was a bunch of unsupervised teenagers who could care less about customer service. After getting frustrated andasking to cancel my order because no one seemed to have any sense of urgency, the ?supervisor? on duty started yelling andcursing at me.
