Courtney is not very professional, was openly racist and impatient. We were served regular Fry's instead of onion rings and... curly Fry's. There needs to be more then one person operating the counter and drive thru. Read more
Have you every gone to a drive through got to the window and thought ?oh no?. Well that is the experience we just endured. Fry?s... were old and clearly no one had cleaned the frier recently. We were missing a sandwich. We were over charged. And had to ask thewoman at the window 3 times to get the correct sandwich. Twenty minutes later finally leaving the drive through. Food was excellent but unfortunately there was not enough help to serve its customers in a timely fashion inside.Only 3 workers... to serve the front counter and carryout during the lunch just don't cut it.Initially took close to 8 min.to place myorder,unacceptable!In this case the long wait was followed by a very well put together tasteful meal.Keep up the great work"SHORT STAFF" Read more

Go inside, order a breakfast burrito and hash browns only to watch it leave in the hands of someone who came in 10 minutes after... I ordered. More people come in and get their food and I get the "yours is next" comments. I get it is fast food, but nothing wasfast, nobody was even competent except the lady in the back saying she made it already and they gave it to the wrong person.Wow, just wow. Then they almost didn't give me my food because "that already went out"... Yeah, in the hands of some small youngguy who looks nothing like the guy who ordered the food and has been standing here. I was rather impressed with this Hardee's. Employee's were very professional, kind and welcoming. Decent prices and efficiency... in service was amazing(!) THANKS to their associate "JAY"!! My Autistic grandson (7yrs)) said " Lala'I'm so happy, the food isgood and I didn't get scared. Jay made me smile." Being Autistic... sometimes it's scary being around new people. Worst burger i ever had, i usually love hardees, but this place lets burgers sit for days obviously, covered in grease. If you... love grease dripping, then this is for you, if you love buns soaked in so much grease that there is zero fluff, then this is foryou. So i even had them remake it after showing the grease sandwich, then they let the patties drip lots of grease, but notenough, thats why they must have been sitting for days and just water logged with nasty old grease! ????
