Whoever is the owner of this McDonald should be concerned . When I ordered food the person that was touching the money with no... gloves on went over and made a drink for me, with their hands inside the cup. I asked for a new cup of coffee without placingtheir hands inside the cup, and I was treated very badly. This McDonald's was was filthy dirty, and employees were rude. Read more

Waited just shy of an hour for our food. Big part of that wait was due to them clearing the order without actually filling the... order. Worst part was they did nothing to make it right. Just kept asking if we wanted it to go since we waited so long. Worstcustomer service I've ever experienced. Read more

The drive thru workers are friendly and welcoming and they always treat me very well. The place always looks pretty clean and... well kept. The food is pretty consistently terrible, though. Everything tastes old like maybe it was cooked hours before youordered it. There are enough other options nearby that I would recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a decentquality meal. I would go back only as a last resort. Even my kids thought it was gross and kids eat anything. The cost increaseand the quality decrease makes this McDonald's 2 stars at best. Again, the staff is incredibly friendly, though. The coffee andlattes almost always taste heavily watered down and for the cost of a latte at McDonald's I would recommend going pretty muchanywhere else. I suspect these are issues directly related to the leadership at this particular franchise and not the employeessimply based on how well they treat customers. I can't imagine they treat everyone so well and then intentionally prepare awfulfood for them. I would say that until something is done about management, your money is better spent at another chain. "28" minutes in drive-through for 3 drinks. I was a passenger in the car. got out of car, went inside to see if I could just get... it inside, stood at counter for 5 minutes. 2 employees looked over at me but neither even acknowledged I was there. went backout and got back in the car in line. I realize a lot of places are experiencing difficult times, but this was ridiculous. Read more

Check your bag before you leave! My kids have dairy allergies and we ordered 2 double hamburgers. Of course we got... cheeseburgers. Employees need to take lessons on difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger. And these people want 15.00an hour? I've had this happen on more than one occasion. I call and restaurant is hardly apologetic. Have to go back to get itfixed and don't even get a refund, coupon or anything. My kids could really get sick and McDonald's could care less. Read more

I I found the food was good. I ordered it without a biscuit and they put the cheese on the bottom part so I had to scrape it off... of the bottom of the container. So if you order things without biscuits and it has cheese on it you might want to make sure thatthey know if you want the cheese on top. Update: 7/4/2022 Used mobile app to order before arrival. Got stuck in the drive thru due to teller not understanding the... mobile order process/sand bagging me, then I pulled up to window because other cars were going thru the opposite drive thru andline was backing up. Got to window teller had to get manager to assist with mobile order code, manager said they had power surgeand couldn?t take mobile orders at the moment. Asked if I wanted to order there instead of using app. I know things happen butwhat?s the point of using the app if the store has issues and can?t take orders off the app? To top it off I ordered two dailydoubles in the drive thru to replace this order, both sandwiches didn?t have tomatoes or pickle on them! I went inside and got arefund the manager said they were supposed to tell me they didn?t have tomatoes, well they didn?t. Nothing but problems fromthis McDonald?s, I?ll be going to Carey McDs more then. Slowest McDonald?s in Ohio 3/29/22, 5:30pm. 15 min and only two cars infront of me. Read more
