I ordered 4 coffee and a muffin. Paid and got in line to wait. I immediately realized one needed to be decaf and I requested the... change. I was told I had to pay for a new coffee which I did. The muffin was not heated and we had no butter or napkins orcutlery. Which I had requested. On top of that the decaf I was made to pay for was cold and tasted like it had sat for hours. Read more
Normally, the service is quite quick at McDonald?s but tonight I didn?t seem to be able to say the same thing. Usually clean but... as the case with most fast food industries lately, staffing is in short supply and it is not as clean as usual. Staff that arehere, work hard and efficiently as possible. On the way to the airport stopped for breakfast burrito via drive through. Ate first one and noticed it was made yesterday... afternoon... refused to eat the second one... stopped looked at the sticker... expired yesterday afternoon... Brutal,this is aheath concern! Don't go to McDonald's often but usually love the fries. Went today and the fries weren't crisp. Hardly cooked. Already at home... which is only 5 minutes away so it has nothing to do with being in the bag too long etc. Very disappointed. Even the dogwouldn't eat them. That tells you something. The cashier accidentally rang my coffee in incorrectly...no big deal. However when he asked the shift leader Sharon to correct... it on the till, she was rude and gave her employee attitude. He explained quickly what he did wrong, the shift leader Sharoninterrupted him and said "I know what my job is! What do you want me to do!" Her bad attitude left me completely unimpressed. Iwas offended by how rude she was to one of her employees. If that's how she talks to her staff in front of customers, imaginewhen she's alone with them.. Apparently sue doesn't know how to do her job. Being a shift leader means you act as a leader,not like a bully to underpaid teens. Read more
Every time I order a happy meal for my daughter I order apple slices and they give me fries. Today I ordered the new pineapple... chunks in her happy meal and got fries again. Fries in all meals were very cold. Read more

Went for a meal today in the drive thru, burger meat was old and dry, Fries were great and fresh. However, The worst part was... the coffee, Ordered a Medium Coffee two milk and got about 4-5 pumps of milk, the coffee was whiter then me. AbsolutelyEmbarrassing. Read more
