The drive thru was not understanding of how to make a cold brew with milk added. They gave us black then got very rude when we... asked for milk saying we didn't ask for it, when we did. Then asked for straws and she was very aggressive handing them overwithout speaking to us. Read more
I usually get really good service at this location but today was a little different. I asked for a vanilla cold brew at the... order screen. The attendant entered it as an original. I confirmed vanilla again before driving up to the window. Once at thewindow, I could see there was no vanilla cream in the drink. I told the young man at the window that it was supposed to havevanilla and he said, ?Well yeah, if you put vanilla in it.? I told him that that was what I had ordered. He charged me another20 cents (no big deal) and took the drink away. He brought it back and said he had put vanilla in it. It still looked like ablack coffee with ice in it but I didn?t feel like holding up the line. After tasting the drink, I could tell he had donenothing with it. I have been in customer service for 20 years and I know people make mistakes but when a customer has an issue,you fix it and you don?t try to make the customer feel stupid. Read more
If I could give a one star I would. Everytime I order something more than a bagel, no once can seem to grasp the concept of... other items sold there. I spent over $35.00 this morning. My coffee tastes like swamp water, all my bagels were screwed up & Iwas also missing food. Read more
Ask for a test get a coffee.. ask for a coffee get a tea. Extreamly slow service and the weekend shift can't operate the... drivethru speaker at all. Lineup is normally up around the corner. Service has declined dramatically in the past year. Read more
Terrible, men's bathroom sink did not work, the toilet was a mess, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in quite a while. The food... was OK.. but who knows if the staff adequately washes their hands. Read more
Extremely slow service in the drive through. People were aborting from the line up because it was taking so long. Person... taking order sounded barely conscious and as coherent as Beavis and Butthead. It should not be difficult to get a donut and acoffee at 6PM from an establishment that serves coffee and donuts. We were 3rd in line and had waited over 6 min before thefirst person was served (1 ice cap). Read more
When I go, usually around 7PM on Tuesdays they are typically short staffed. If you walk in you may be ingrnored as they focus on... the drive through. Read more
