Never in my life have I had such a bad customer service experience, and that is not something I say lightly. I ordered a pizza... online at 5:42pm. Kept a close watch on the tracker. 6:30 goes by. 6:45. The tracker never made it past the "prep" phase. Isigned up for text updates. I constantly refreshed the page. I called them 10 times - yes 10 - and the calls would either gotdisconnected or go to order managers who were not at the location I was ordering from, and there was nothing they could do tohelp me. I finally got in my car and drove to the location (which I was pretty sad about because I was hoping to stay in for theevening.) I get there and there is ONE GUY alone in the Domino's, frantically trying to keep up with orders. He kind of glancedover at me without saying anything for a minute, then he came over to talk to me. I told him what happened. He explained theydid not anticipate the 50% off deal happening this week, so they didn't have enough staff to meet all the demand. He looked upmy order, and he said the order had not even been started, so i asked him to just cancel it entirely. I realize none of this washis fault and I feel for him being in that super frustrating and stressful position, but he also didn't seem too inclined tomake up for how my experience went. I would have appreciated a complimentary pizza to come back for another day, or at least acoupon. He muttered sorry and then walked away to keep churning out pizzas, I guess. Ordered multiple pizzas online with a list of extra toppings and received pizzas with normal amounts of toppings. I talked to... manager asking for a partial refund(which I thought was a reasonable and fair request) and the manager said it was companypolicy to put normal amounts of toppings even when extra is ordered and paid for. I tried to contact customer care/support andleft a detailed explanation and told them they could contact me via email and have not received an email I believe a monthlater. Which is even worse than costumer care not doing anything, ignoring customer concerns/complaints should be intolerablefor any and every company. Will not be ordering from any dominos ever again. If dominos would even read this I would recommendnot allowing customers to order more toppings than the "policy" states or just giving customers what they want and order(goodgeneral business policy), also I would recommend to upgrade your customer care department and manager training for customerrelations because based off of my experience and some reviews I've read the company is lacking in this area. Domino's used to be my go-to. Never again! The pizza crust was rubbery, while the outside was burnt. The total was $31.37!! The... order was wrong, wings were added, after I told the person on the phone to cancel them. The delivery driver was very nice andhad a big smile on his face. We ordered on line at 11 pm a $50.00 oder recieved a text saying our order was cancelled at 11:22 pm I called store back and was... told" we are short staffed and your wouldn't recieve your order untill 2:30 am and we close at 12:00am" absolutely ridiculouspoor customer service. Employee was still putting my order together after 2 min carside guarantee but placed order in system as complete to prevent a... free pizza even though it was a lie. Went inside to request my free pizza credit and get my food as it never made it to myvehicle. At first GM refused to give free pizza due to failing in the 2 min carside guarantee. GM then stated he would putcredit on account but was extremely disrespectful when I asked what his name was to confirm credit when I call order in on mynext visit. Both employees refused to give first names for verification and complaints. Then, making things only worse, we gethome only to find our order was made incorrectly. Worst experience ever!! I have contacted corporate and am demanding creditowed and now also a full refund on a $50 order! Read more

Ordered online and was given the estimated time to pick up at 12:26. Arrived at the pick up window at 12:23 and no one came to... the window. At 12:29 someone finally came to the window to tell me the order had not even been started yet. It would me another20mns or so. I explained I was on lunch break. The response was "so do you want to cancel?" and "it's not my fault"... but "I'mthe manager"...bad business all the way around. An hour later I may have my food. If it wasn't for the other coworkers thatordered I would have canceled the whole thing. BTW I ordered online and it will not let you order early so I ordered 30mnsbefore I knew I could arrive... didn't help. Never again. Read more

Somehow they think serving a half-full dish of burnt food to customers is acceptable. Customer service was useless. They called... me, did not leave a message, and then rudely insisted that no one called despite my call log proving otherwise. Will neverpurchase again. Read more
