While going through the drivethru, I noticed a delivery girl parked in the handicap parking spot next to the door. I commented,... she didn't look handicapped and shouldn't be parked there. She laughed and went back inside for more stuff. If she would havepulled ahead a mere 5 feet the handicap space would have been open. VERY rude! I decided against eating there and pulled out. Iwon't spend money at places that don't respect others!! This store continues to be the worse JJ in town, including Champaign. Read more
I stopped in here because the Jimmy John's next to Cafe Paradiso gave me the wrong sandwich and these workers were so friendly... and understanding. I wasn't looking for a new sandwich just wanted something to make the sandwich taste similarly to what Iordered. Thank you for not making me feel judged for being a little picky. Great when they?re actually open. Hours posted online (Google) and in JJ app are inaccurate. I work nights at the local hospital... and drive by 5 nights a week, they?re never open past 10pm Saturday-Thursday. All interior lights will be off and menu turnedoff by the time I drive by around 10:08pm. These issues started way before the pandemic when they were supposed to be open til3am but frequently would close earlier than that. Staff may be short now causing early closures but if that?s the case, pleaseupdate the hours to be accurate. Read more
Usually I don't have problems here. But today, I stopped in to get a sandwich for lunch before work and when I opened it up... there was literally one single piece of Turkey on the entire sandwich. Was very disappointed, I paid 8 dollars for some breadand lettuce :( Read more
My favorite meal is the Blt+Salt and vinegar and I've never had issues. Had them for years and will continue doing so
