This is usually my favorite Starbucks on campus. I love the energy of the workers here but sometimes it seems a little down... lately. This always has been and will be the worst Starbucks ever. Today was the last straw. I bought a Pink drink and the girl made it... with water. When I told her that?s not how you make it she argued with me. I?ve gotten hundreds of pink drinks from manydifferent locations and they have never been made with water. I asked her to remake it without water and she refused. This isthe worst location ever! Don?t give them your money! You are better off walking the 3 minutes to the one in the bookstore. Don?tgo here. Asked for a double shot machiato with extra foam and they essentially gave me a latte. Then they said the machiato has milk but... the cappuccino is the one with just steamed milk. Did not get the drink I wanted as the batistas are obviously not trained. Read more
The amount of drink is way less than what you normally get from other Starbucks branches. They need a better training on the... employee on what the standard ratio is for different drinks. Read more
The quality of the products are very random. I usually order mocha but whether I get a good one is very random. For example, my... mocha was too bitter and when I asked them to make it better, they suddenly added like 5 pumps of syrup making it overly sweet.I think the issue comes from the fact that the people who work there change a lot and they are students who are not trainedenough as the staff constantly changes. Also, they don't provide services such as using the stars that are offered elsewhere. Read more
Service is great! They even get to remember my name xD! I only hope tho that when they make the Green Tea Latte, instead of just... putting macha powder into milk, they could actually mix it...
