He seen that my sister and I were having a... hard time and decided to give us a free drink as it was late and we had forgotten to add it to the order before we got to thewindow. i am a regular and i come into this starbucks multiple times a week because it?s on the way to my workplace. everyone is super... kind to me, my drink/food is usually always ready for me when i arrive, and one time when it was taking a little bit longer formy drink to be made one of the baristas recognized me and asked which order was mine and went the extra mile to make sure thatmy drink was made next. there have been a couple times that were off, like once they put 7 pumps of peppermint in my drinkinstead of the white mocha sauce(lol it was so strong) and once they gave me coffee (i can?t have caffeine for medical reasons),so i did take one star away. but it?s not enough to ruin the positive overall experience i have on average every day that i comein. We stopped by yesterday on a whim to get some peppermint mochas since we had time to kill before an appointment, and you know... when you come across someone who is just so pleasant to interact with that they just make your day a little better? Whoever wasworking the drive thru yesterday around 10am, you were that nice person (I can't remember your name, sorry). Thanks for makingour day a little better with your pleasantness. legit had to stop at the light outside the store and admire my drink bc she was so pretty. whoever made this deserves not just a... raise but 1 year paid vacation. this drink gave everything she was supposed to give. i literally always get venti drinks andnever finish them because whatever i like to waste money but no i drank all of this drink bc whoever made it made it soperfectly. i hope their pillow is always cold and their charger works from every angle. i had to put a filter on the photo forthe full effect of how gorgeous she was to come through u kno ???????? Usually my favorite place for coffee, but charging an extra 60¢ for a dizzle of caramel sauce. When they just squirted on the... top of the cup! Noticed my cup was kind of light, only had half of cup of coffee, it was mostly whipped cream!!! Horrible, theyare getting worst Everytime!! I'm done with the Starbucks on Vine in Urbana, IL. The staff is great. Always. Sometimes things run smoother than others, but that?s to be expected anywhere. 99% of the time my... order is correct and promptly prepared (when I use the mobile ordering) I love the location- been coming here for 12 years, seenpeople come and go- management has always been great.
