The vegetarian options are delicious. We tried Mexican pizza, bean burrito, and taco. All good. The staff are quite polite and... helpful. Food was ok. But the customer service sux!! The girl at the window was rude, unfriendly, she acted like I was wasting her time.... What they don't realize is if it wasn't for the customers, she wouldn't have a job. I'll never eat there again! Don't waste yourmoney. My partners and I came here around close to 3 am to get food and we had something missing but I completely messed up saying what... was missed. We pulled around and it was clear that the nice heavyset girl and the manager (handsome black dude with mustache)we're frustrated when I tried to correct my mistake, they still handled it well and we got the missing item! I was just at the Taco Bell drive through and the lady who took my order was so rude. I wanted to confirm that my order did not... have any meat. She got irritated with me and said ?I said black bean so it has no meat? and that I don?t have to say thatspecifically. Let me tell you unmannered taco bell employee how many times people mess up orders. Your job is to take my ordercorrectly and get me what I want. I wanted to share my rating of Taco Bell. I went in today to pick up an order I placed online. When I arrived at the store the... girl could not locate my order. Then she handed me someone else?s order which was the wrong one. When I attempted to explain shehad the wrong order she became aggressive in her tone of voice and very rude. Then her manager came over and was equally rudeand not professional. I was really disappointed with my experience and would encourage everyone to stay away from this TacoBell. Customer service is horrible and the food was also almost not edible.the manager who was rude to me was a bigger woman. Read more
The lady working the window during the day I believe her name to be Candice is kind attentive and seems to really care. The only... reason my review is not 5 stars is because I asked for no sour cream on a burrito it was correct on my receipt however theburrito did have sour cream. Regardless the service here in my opinion is one of a kind for fast food. Read more
