We called Timpone?s on Tuesday to ask for reservations that Friday for around 20 people for a short wedding ceremony and dinner.... The manager was accommodating and said we may need to share the space but he was sure he could make it work, even with the shortnotice. The restaurant made adjustments to allow our group private space in the Tuscany room. We had two staff with us only andthey were phenomenal and patient. We ended up with an amazing, romantic atmosphere for our small intimate wedding with ourclosest friends. Timpone?s served the food as they would with any table and the presentation, timing, quality, and portions wereperfect. Many of our guests were blown away with the restaurant. Our staff were so helpful and on top of things. They were extranice in letting us hang out a little later than they are normally open with smiles on their faces. Timpone?s isn?t a place thattraditionally handles a wedding, but they handled ours like pros. We highly recommend them as the food and service are topnotch. Read more
I really wanted to love this place. While the dining room was quiet and dignified, the service was poor and the wait staff... inexperienced. Except for the delicious crabcake appetizer and the rather inexpensive martini the experience was underwhelming.We will try again, as the restaurant has a good reputation; perhaps they just had an off night. I've always loved the food here. Service is always top notch. We usually get the bread (amazing and fluffy), Caeser salad, and... then entrees. My mom had pasta and I had the vegan special. It was spectacular! The bread pudding was also quite delicious. Read more
Nice place to have a more sophisticated meal around compus. Excellent quality, all the staff are very friendly and please save... some space for dessert, you will not regret it.
