The inside of the restaurant was dirty, visibly dirty on the floor, and tables had debris on them. The staff were very... accommodating and helpful, making a fresh pot of decaf coffee just to meet my needs. Regrettably, it was the worst tastingcoffee I have ever experienced. I did not complain to them, because I'm sure they did their best. I threw away the entire largecoffee. Read more

The employees at this location are super nice. Some need to become more familiar with the app so that they can help customers... who are trying to use it but are having difficulties. Other than that, every employee I interacted with was super friendly andhappy to help me. Read more

Car in front of us in the drive thru had a 10 min negotiation at the window that resulted in our food being ice cold. The staff... were good enough to remake it for us, but forgot our son's happy meal so we had to wait another few min for that as well. Thestaff inside seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. All in all our quick drive thru visit took 35 min. Manager should have told theguy in front of us to come inside rather than hold up the entire drive thru line, which was 6-8 cars deep when we left. Ive never had such a horrendous experience ordering food from a restaurant. We order at about 10:28 PM from the app, waiting in... curbside spot 4. The order seems to be marked as complete at roughly 10:45-10:50 PM, with no food in sight. We received our twoburgers at around 11:10 PM, with no fries, after a good 40 minutes. I go back to ask the employee, who was still there, and theytold me theyll be back. Finally, I get the fries at roughly 11:25 PM, nearly an hour after our initial order. During this wholeperiod, *at least* 20 other cars, who had gone through the drive-thru, were served. There was no way to contact the employees,as no one was in the front of the store and the door was locked- going up to the window while someone was getting their foodseemed too dangerous. The store was very, very obviously understaffed, and I am very heavily disappointed with this. To top itall off, I was served a regular Cheeseburger instead of my ordered McDouble, and we received no ranch. Of course, the 1 hourwait was the killer, especially as we were in a rush. Again, I am very disappointed, and am genuinely considering avoidingMcDonalds for the foreseeable future. Read more

Personally, I've had two very distinct experiences here. 1. Their day shift is usually quick and efficient at keeping things... moving and send out fresh food. 5 stars. 2. Their evening/night shift can have no cars in the drive thru and still take 10minutes+ to get food out. Half the time cold (somehow). 1 star. So overall, I'd recommend during the day for a quick bite. Avoid after 8ish if you want it to be quick Read more

This McDonald's has had problems for the last 15 years. Most recently, almost every order is missing food. Sometimes I'm handed... the entirely wrong order and need to go back in and get the correct order made. Good luck trying to get them on the phone, theydon't answer. There are times when the food is fresh and the staff is fast, but they are few and far between. The best serviceis when the local high school kids are working, the food is usually better when they are around. Read more

9:00 p.m - 9:15 p.m 7/17/22 Not too sure how you can mess up someone?s order. Not only was it shown on the board of the drive... thru, but the order was then repeated and given a total to be paid at the second window. I arrive at the second window and Iquickly pay. To end up paying for an order that wasn?t even mine. I was told that there was never an ordered placed by oneworker, then the other associate comes up and suddenly says ?I see one of the drinks from your order? but not the meal - Didn?tget a refund, just left due to frustration.
