Best carry out and delivery pizza in Urbana, period. This place hustles! Even in the pandemic and labor shortage, the team... here delivers the pizza hot and in a reasonable amount of time. And my order is right every single time. I've tired of boutiquepizza places that charge buku bucks for average pizza and poor service. Went back to Papa John's Urbana. I received two empty boxes from my order. The reason is that I switched from delivery to pickup and back to delivery. Sorry for... the confusion, but is that the reason Papa Johns didn't deliver as I ordered? Great pizza! The staff was very quick to send the pizzas out that I?d been waiting on. This restaurant isn?t really a sit down... restaurant but it?s capabilities for carry out are high-quality. I decided to randomly order a pizza on my way home from work after I saw my points were expiring and I hadn't eaten yet all day.... The cashier, whom I believe was probably the manager, was exceptional. I don't usually give reviews, but he was friendly andvery accommodating. Now I wish this Papa Johns was near my house rather than in the middle of my commute, but now I know tokeep coming here if I decide I want to bring pizza home to the family on my way home. Read more
Love their thin crust. The Specialty supreme type combo pizza is awesome. I never eat peppers or meat on pizza. I love the... flavor combination when they are all together. On the crispy and flaky crust... yum. Papa John?s is also consistently good withpretty quick service. The Urbana, MD location is awesome. Love Papa John's. Obviously this new branch in Urbana isn't much different than any other store so if you already know the... place, there isn't much I can add. One thing - they do carryout until 10 so if you place a late order, make sure you don'tforget to get in there before then, and they almost always have a $10 large two topping carryout special happening. Called ahead and was told 16-26 minutes. Showed up and had to wait 40 minutes because they didn?t start making the pizza until... we showed up. Plenty of other good pizza places around. Don?t waste your time. Read more
