Would of left a 0 star rating but not possible to leave less that a 1, it wont allow you to post it... Ordered 2 subs and a bag... of chips, 36 dollars. Ah ok, we ordered extra toppings which we didn't get, and ask for toppings to be left off. The only thingsthey got right was the cheese and type of sandwich. Adding one of the toppings clearly ask to be removed that's it, no othertopping even the ones we originally were happy to pay extra for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was a misscommunication, no, the recite is dead on to what I ordered. So after waiting 40 mins for the original order to be delivered, wecall customer service cause you cant directly call the store apparently. Get told as long as we haven't ate 25% of the order wecould get a remake, or a discount off the next order. Fine remake it, "still think it is messed up that is the only options",other wise id have to talk to the district manager. "you know what why not go ahead and forward me after completing the remake",voicemail which hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation and ask for a call back. 40 mins later delivery 2.Starving I open them up I see topping one, two and three that we payed extra for, "Awesome". Bite in, it is still smothered inthe requested topping that they placed on both wrong orders this time its not even edible for me. call them back to the sameresponse, and proceed to get forwarded to a managers voicemail for the second time. Which I know I wont get a response to. Somoral of the story is I will not be ordering from the store in Urbana ever again or throwing money on it for family gettogethers from any Cassano's. As well as we will be finding a replacement for our office meetings as we usually drop 135 to 170$every 2 weeks at the lakeview store. Major problems at Urbana Cassanos. So sad since I have been a fan since a teenager. Ordered pizza and sides online and went to... pick and and was told there was no order, but my credit card was charged. Called customer service and they would not refund.Last night tried again and the thin crust deluxe was terrible, crust did not even taste like Cassanos at all. Super thin andrubbery. So Sad! Just happened to be working in town that day, I live in Columbus and have not had a Cassano's pizza for a while now. Love the... crispy crust, just as it was when I was a kid. Would recommend to anyone. Wish they would bring a location back here toColumbus! Read more
Ordered pizza, wings and pasta. Said it would be 40 mins, which is typical. After an hour we called back. Said they made a... mistake on their end and they were sorry. But to fix it they would redo the order and we'd have to wait another "40 mins".Terrible customer service. They are always slow but even when they make a mistake they have no interest in fixing it. They spam you with coupons and then don?t honor them when you come to pick up the food unless you wait around for them to get... their act straight while the food is getting cold. Then they kindly honor you with a passive aggressive persona while you wait.Keep you $5 coupon, quit spamming my email box with your coupons that you have to beg for from the call center and find anothercustomer. I love Cassano's pizza. I'm pretty sure this is the only pizza place in town that makes the smaller personal size pizzas. I've... had their veggie pizza which was good and also the big cheese deluxe with green olives and that was even better ! All the extracheese and all the toppings are so good! Hit the spot. Just moved to the Urbana area. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it taste like pure salt. I flipped it over to see the bottom of the... crust had a full layer of salt. Will not be ordering pizza here again. HOWEVER, We ordered a cookie for dessert and it was thebomb! Will definitely return for dessert only. Read more
Now they can't even keep a driver in the evening to deliver your pizza I don't know what they're doing but they're not hiring... people that want to work the night shift it could make mass tips every night during the week they don't deliver it's pick uponly this is sad.
