It was dirty. We couldn't find one clean table to sit at. Floors had trash every where. Bathroom was scarey. Customer services... was not very friendly. While 3 of the employees sat at a back table talking about exemployee's that have been let go. It wasfreezing to the point we couldn't stay and eat our food. No napkins in the holders. Read more
We just placed order for pickup like 1 hour go once we pickup order and went back then see burritos had guacamole missing and... burrito bowl had beans missing once my wife went back to get refund the order there employees refused to refund and say we eatthe food All that is worst service ever we got from this restaurant I would never go back this place again ever ???? Need to tell your manager with long blonde hair, snooty face and the audacity to be that rude to staff in front of customers to... get a reality check. I have worked in a lot of leadership positions and even being short staffed did not speak to staff aroundcustomers that way. Could visibly tell staff was uncomfortable. I did a door dash order with Hot Head Burritos for lunch and it was great ! I love the smaller size bowls they offer so you... don't over eat. They gave me everything I asked for and had it done & out to me quick ! Keep up the good work Hot Head Burritos! :) ?????? Read more
Ordered a small burrito bowl w/veggies and a large burrito bowl w/chicken. The portion size was really great. Items priced are... about average. The staff was great. They were all very friendly. There was twice as many working than the last time we visited.The restaurant could have been a little cleaner. Some of the tables were not clean. Several trays above the trash containercould have been picked up on a regular basis. I noticed that the floor looked like it could have been swept. Read more
I'm from out of town, stopped by here. Even though they was very busy. They had a steady flow getting through their line of... customers. They was very patient and took their time with every customer. They did a fantastic job. And my food was great. Thebest I've had from a hot head in a long time. Read more
