You MUST order from a kiosk now; can't fill your own drinks, or get a refill. There was a kid standing up front, wanting a... refill, and no one helped him. The staff just comes out to bring you your order, then goes back behind the partition. Therewas a nice lady in the lobby to help at least. Not very good customer service overall. They no longer have menus up on the wall, They do not have anybody Manning the counter and they want you to order the kiosses. I... don't know about anybody else but I don't work for McDonald's, is the worst McDonald's on the planet If you want fresh hot foodand friendly service go to Burger King. Read more
I have been to this location 4 times over the last 4 months. The service here is pretty consistent. There is none. Do not go... inside. They have touch screen to order your food. I have used them. They work. If you would like to give your order to a human,good luck. No one mans the counter. I assume this is to encourage people to use the touch screens. One every occasion, I haveheard yelling, swearing and aggressive tones towards each other. One occasion, an employee left crying after someone screamedher. Our last visit about 2 weeks ago, we went for breakfast. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. We were dinning in. Iwould have canceled our order but there was no one in the front taking orders. There is clearly something not right with whatgoes on in the back. I can't speak to what that is but if you just sit and listen, you can hear it. If you have kids, do thedrive through. Read more
I'm not quite sure about this McDonald's location. Looking at the small counter they have, and no menu above it, it appears as... you have to order from the kiosk. It doesn't bother me, but I'm sure some people don't like that. My meal came out fast. LuckilyI wasn't lazy and went inside because the drive thru was packed. Read more

I pulled up to the drive thru window 1/26/22 for breakfast and was practically tossed my food.. when looking at one of my... sandwiches really quick the blonde short haired lady at the window said hey can you move up and do that?! And I responded no.. Ineed to check these and its literally going to take me a couple seconds and she continued to yell and be rude which of coursemade me very upset! And of course when I got home 20 mins away from mc donalds one of my sandwiches did have something wrongwith it. And this is the reason I like to check things at the window because when ur in a hurry and can't get back in line tohave them correct something it's easier and quicker to point it out asap at the window. She was worries about hot food gettingcold for those behind me. But what about trying to be professional friendly and courteous to a customer in front of u at thatmoment? I'm very dissatisfied and still very upset on the way I was approached and the outcome of my order! I hate coming tothis location mostly during breakfast hours.
