I ordered a 12" roast beef sub with cheese tonight and when I opened it. It hardly had any meat on it and was extremely hard and... tough to eat. I'm so surprised and very disappointed all at the same time, because I had just ordered the same thing last weekand it was perfect. However, it definitely anything but perfect tonight!!! Instead it was the worst sub that I have ever gottenin my life!!! At this point I am not certain if I will ever return back to this store again. 8/6/2022 8:30PM Pulled up at about 8:30PM to order a sandwich at the drivethrough. As I pulled up to the window, the person... before me is pulling off, so there's no one ahead of me, and as far as I can tell from the lot, no one inside. 10 minutes pass,and they finally take my card at 8:40. Okay, they made the sandwich first, no big deal. 10 minutes more pass, a car full ofpeople get out to go get sandwiches. It's 8:57 when I finally pull out of the drive through and into a parking spot to goinside, where the girls seem so shocked that I came in for my sandwich, almost half an hour of ordering, and waiting for it."Where's my sandwich? Can we, yknow, hurry it up?" "It's right there!" Yes, it's right there, cold as the counter after beingdouble toasted, next to 3 or 4 other sandwiches that were already complete. If I hadn't already paid, I would've left. After Itook off, two more people in the drive thru did as well. Now, if there was just one or two girls running the store, I wouldn'thave gotten so nasty. But there was a full assembly line of four making the sandwiches, possibly a fifth? I didn't see the girlwho took my card with the other four. I get it, you get busy or you have too few workers, but I was literally the only personwaiting for the first fifteen minutes, and spend almost a half an hour waiting for my sandwich. The person behind me was waitingalmost twenty minutes, waiting on ME to get out of the drive thru, and he hadn't even had his card taken yet. Shameful. Getyourself a sub from Marco's or Jac 'n Do's instead. Or one of the other pizza shops. Or wal-mart if you're desperate. Read more

I have eaten here at least once a week for years and today was just bad and I'm so surprised. My sandwich was literally horrible... from the tough meat to the almost non-existent veggies. The cookie was even old and and cookies have always been so good. Idon't know what happened but hoping it's just a today thing. I would miss it if I had to stop eating here. Read more

Eating at Subway is a nice and healthy choice for lunch. You now order at a kiosk and pay at the register. They made my sub... right and had it ready so fast. Thank you ladies at Subway ! You can choose to eat inside or outside too. Will be back ! ???? Read more
