I really should not post this review of Urbana Ohio's Taco Bell, but I generally speak the truth even it is to the negative. We... were driving a full size truck and a large boat behind the truck that was wider than the truck. It did not allow us to gothrough their drive-thru to get our food. I walked up to the window to try to order some food after checking the doors to see iftheir lobby was open yet it was after 9:00 a.m. and they are supposed to be open for breakfast now. I walked around to thedrive-thru window and the girl at the window told me they could not accept walk-up customer. I told her the situation calmly andasked to see a manager. When the manager came to the window I had to tell her our little story, she's seeing our vehicle withthe boat attached and then asked me to step back to the voice box to make my order then walk up to get it. As an x generalmanager of several different restaurant locations I understand the protocols for worker safety, and customer safety as well.They made me stand about 10 ft away from the window while I waited for the order. Excuse me manager but don't I have to come upto the window to get the food?! This would be one of the worst experiences I have ever seen from this chain of restaurants. I am52 years of age and I will never visit their restaurant again. They will be very lucky if I visit my local restaurant inbellefontaine Ohio, and I have had some difficulties there as well. I think if you go inside you can get your food faster. I like to get the chicken quesadilla and a taco meal, the taste's never... changed. They have a new drink the Cinnabon iced roast coffee. It was pretty good. Will be back ! ?????????????????? Read more
Probably the best experience and food I've gotten from a taco bell in years. The service was friendly and very prompt. Each item... i ordered was hot, fresh, and not falling out of the shell. Great job guys. When I'm back in town ill definitely stop hereagain. Read more
The Taco Bell in Urbana Ohio can be a hit or miss on the food. The other day when I went the food tasted just like any other... Taco Bell, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is why I give this 4 stars. I wanted to try something New and askedthe employee for a suggestion. They provided for me the suggestion of a breakfast burrito I had not had. When I asked "are youtelling me that is good because you work here or because it actually is good?" The employee honestly replied "both." I tried thebreakfast burrito they suggested and it was not bad at all. The employee was kind helpful and is the reason why I say 4 stars.It would be 5 but the food just did not get them the fifth star. No bad but nothing special. My wife and I got the $5.00 boxes that actually cost almost $8.00 with a drink! My food was cold and not that tasty. I've had... better from this store so I'm hoping it will be better the next visit. But, it might be awhile!! Read more
They were very busy but the person working the drive thru was very courteous. The order was correct and they've officially... brought back the "Mexican pizza"! Yummy....now I would love it if they'd bring back volcano tacos, those were my absolutefavorite! Read more
Even though they're open late night and their food is for the most part good they still have long lines to wait at certain times... and customer service could be a little bit better!
