Yum! Thank you ladies for the delicious Maple Waffle egg sandwich and Pumpkin Latte, love the Fall flavors!!!
We have been Caribou faithfuls for many years but this last visit was disappointing. The sandwiches we ordered were very hot on... the outside (the bagel and bun) but the inside was cold or cool when we bit into it. Another couple behind us ordered two smallcoffees with cream, the woman working placed one in the window and said small coffee - when they walked up they said the orderwas for two and after touching the cup - said it was cold. The worker argued with them that she put two up there and someoneelse took one? other than us, they were the only people in the place and we had not taken one?. They just looked at her andasked politely for two small hot coffees with cream please. She wasn?t happy but made them their order. We had eaten our coldinside, very hot outside sandwiches and still didn?t have our coffees. They came much later. Service was awful. Food would havebeen good if cooked evenly. Coffee was good. Not thrilled with this visit and we don?t live nearby, won?t go out of our way tostop again. Read more
It seems like every week they get my order incorrect! I always get the asiago bagel with cream cheese. And every time they mess... it up and when they do, they give me the everything bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. Today when I called them to tellthem that I was given the wrong bagel, The girl indicated that it must have been me that messed up the order because she had putin the order as such. No apologies, no anything! I will not be going to this location ever again! Yesterday when I went throughthe drive-thru, they gave me a hot chocolate that the lid exploded in my car because the cup was dented. When I went inside toget a replacement the girl acted like it was my fault! Poor customer service! Read more
Amazing coffee!!! Even with the minor adjustments to my order they get it spot on (in the drive-thru even!!!) The guy helping me... at the window was super friendly and we had great laughs. When I am back in town, I will DEFINITELY visit this store again!! Read more
I used to come here a lot, they were always able to accommodate my dairy allergy by simply leaving the cheese off the bagel... sandwiches. Unfortunately, we were informed today that they can no longer ?modify? sandwiches, which blows my mind consideringthe amount of people with food intolerances these days. I guess it sounds like they split from Einstein's? If this is the case,it would be helpful to consumers if they?d remove the Einstein?s branding from their signage. Total bummer - they lost a loyalcustomer for not being able to take the slice of cheese off the sandwich. Read more
I love Caribou Coffee, but I came today to get an Einstein Bagel. The girl at the drive thru took the time to explain to me that... Einstein and Caribou have split ways. It'll take awhile to get the signage changed. I got a blueberry bagel with honey almondcream cheese. It was good. Quite sweet. Probably had too much cream cheese on it. I used to stop at Einstein Bagels almost every morning for a coffee and a fresh bagel sandwich. This morning I stopped on my way... to work and ordered the bagel sandwich with Turkey sausage that I?ve always ordered. I learned that all of their breakfastsandwiches/bagels are now pre made. The bagel was chewy and extremely hard to eat. I won?t be ordering a breakfast bagel orsandwich from Einstein going forward especially since there are competitors in town that still do it RIGHT! I?m not sure whyEinstein Bagels decided to ruin a good thing by cutting corners. Read more
