Everything I go to the drive thru and order my sandwich with no mayo or mustard. It still comes with it. I only get 30 for lunch... and by the time u take it back in and wait in line again. Who needs lunch. Wth. Read more
Slowest service. Not so freaky fast. Been waiting over an hour and a half and still dont have my sandwhich.

I don?t go to JJ?s often, but totally love the Unwich until today. Ordered my #9 w/o tomatoes. Watched thru drive up as it was... being made. Saw them remove the onions from my unwich. When asked about removing, denied. My unwich was truly an unwich.. justmeat, cheese and mayo. No oil and vinegar and no onions. Boo Jimmy Johns. Read more
Drive thru was quick, I now see why. I'm missing half my sandwich. Paid extra for avocado, missing. Asked for extra onion,... missing. For a somewhat expensive sandwich shop I expect them to be built correctly. Unsatisfied customer. Read more
Usually very fast, food fairly consistent. I order Unwich lettuce wraps and sometimes they have more stuff inside, sometimes... less. Depends on who is making them that day. Read more
