Consistent Customer For 10+ years, The ?Lights? are always spectacular, and the KIND-ness of the staff is second to none. The... flavoring of the crust is just the latest ?exploration? (taste adventure) that I?ve delved into. Garlic Parmesan makes them 1/1so far in the ?popping flavors? category. Needless to say the ?one? so far has remained constant inasmuch as nary a thing haschanged in at least a month with my pizza order, ie: .. yep, I?ve been stuck on ?YUM?, aside from the toppings .. where Istruck Gold with my venture into Canadian Bacon/Ham and Sauerkraut territory. Delivery was 13 minutes late which means cold pizza. Chicken wings are awful. It was like they boiled them and dumped Franks hot... sauce on top threw them in a box and sent them with my cold pizza.Really disappointed that I spent money on it. Read more
I have a had a great experience each time I have gone here. My first visit the manager was not impressed with the quality of the... taco pack we got so he gave us extra to make surenwe had enough. I?ve been a customer for years and used Hubbell Ave location. Love them. Relocated to Urbandale. We ordered Scoobie Snacks.... They arrived luke warm , burned and filling was so skimpy it was terrible. I called and manager said I will do a return. Yourcredit will be returning to your card 10 days later I called again and was told it was credited. Still waiting! Very upset.. SoI was called by the book keeper as she was adamant that the money taken from for this terribly poor product was indeed returnedwithout a question of doubt. Kind of like the store manager pretty much calling me a liar . He said ? My driver is the best!?He wouldn?t deliver you a bad product.
