Editing this since I'm a little less frustrated than I was in the moment. In short: I had a very negative experience with... delivery recently. My order arrived missing one of the entrées, and the person I spoke to at the restaurant just blamed thedelivery driver without attempting to make it right in any way. Additionally, she revealed that the delivery orders are just setout for the drivers with no attempt to ensure they get the right ones. If I had to guess what happened, the driver just pickedup one bag without realizing there was another one. This is disappointing since the food was quite good when we placed adelivery order a few weeks prior. We were also considering coming in for dinner soon. However, this situation really just souredour impression of the restaurant. I totally understand why many folks in the restaurant industry don't like delivery. I'veworked in a restaurant, and I'm not blind to the problems it creates. But if you can't make it work for you and your customers,then don't list your restaurant on the delivery apps. I realize the person I spoke to wasn't in a position to just get in hercar and drive over the food, and I know that Uber Eats couldn't care less about making these problems right. (Hell, their driverwasn't even the person listed on the app) But there was no attempt to apologize, make it right if we dined-in some evening, oreven show a shred of empathy that we paid for food we weren't going to get and now had to spend time contacting a person in acall center halfway across the world to attempt to get a refund. Service was great but the food was not. Husbands drink had been served with a fly in it which was off-putting to start. Our... server fixed this - she was great . Then we got the Potato croquettes which some were cold in the middle still but we kept on.food was hot but unbelievably bland. I got the Wagyu beef steak which I couldn't believe was so bitter. The shrimp that I got asan add on was incredibly underwhelming and chewy. I only ate my risotto of my $35 dollar plate. My husband got the TuscanChicken pasta with THREE kinds of sauce but you wouldn't know it. It was so flavorless. Unfortunately we won't be back. Read more

Food was great. Also a good atmosphere. We had a work meeting here, and it was quiet enough that we could talk during enjoy... each other's company. We did not play golf, but the area for this looked really nice. I would recommend to friends. Read more

We took a group of 6 people in for a birthday dinner. The staff was nice, but the service was very slow. The restaurant was not... overly busy, but everything was slow. The server kept taking our drink order, but wouldn’t bring the drinks back. We were atdinner from 6-7:30 and only were able to order and receive 2 drinks. The Toppling Burger with the Beast patty was super good,but NY strip was chewy and the potatoes and Brussel sprouts were cold. After dinner we reserved a simulator (bay 1 with acurved screen). Again the staff was nice, but everything was so slow. We had the bay for 2 hours (7:30-9:30) and only had timefor 2 drinks because the server would be gone for 20-30 minutes. She was very nice, but seemed like maybe she still needed sohelp. We asked to speak to the simulator attendant to make a change to the course that we were playing but he never came after afew requests. The simulator bays are very nice and fun to play on, but no A/C even after multiple requests. I think this placecould be super fun and I’d love to come back with some guys to play the simulators, but it’d be a hard sell after thisexperience. Read more

Terrible experience, never felt so much biased in my life in regards to just general customer service and hospitality.... Specifically Heather, waiter at the bar who also handles take out orders. I feel because I didn’t fit the image of thesurroundings as far as attire I wasn’t helped as I should be. Not sure if she immediately made the assumption I wouldn’t tipas the rest of her guests, what made the situation blatant was when I asked for steak sauce (which I feel would be a commonrequest when ordering a steak) was that she proceeded to say they had none. When I pointed out that there was a bottle right infront of my face, she had the audacity to comment that she didn’t know I meant to go (keep in mind I placed a to go order).What made it even more degrading was she poured the last of it in a container making it such a mess and almost insisting that Ideserve crumbs in the manner she did it, instead of just getting a new bottle. With that being said I’ll never frequent thisplace again, I feel like my 35$ spent for my meal is over deserving compared to the amount of customer service given at yourfacility. Read more
