I've been to lots of Casey's but this had to be my worst experience yet. First, the credit card reader at the pump was broken.... Okay, fine, I can pay in store. After pre-paying and pumping gas, I grab my Casey's refillable cup and head inside for food whenthe worker on a smoke break argues with me that this Casey's still isn't allowing refills, while others I frequent are.Corporate rule she said. Frustrating, but okay. I head inside to find that cups and lids are empty. I found both in the cabinetunderneath and got my drink. I then headed over to the pizza warmer where I found three, old, not appetizing pieces of pizza. When I asked the gentlemen working the food, he said nothing was coming out anytime soon for the warmer. While checking out, Inoticed that Ms. Corporate Rules herself was back with her mask down below her nose. Won't be coming back here. Read more

Small town Casey?s. Ok gas prices but zero respect for corona mitigation. Not a single worker or customer wearing masks despite... the sign on the door requiring them, which clearly is a joke to them. Read more

Casey?s in Urich has undergone some major improvements in the last couple years. I stop in daily for my morning coffee. The... store is always clean and the staff cares enough to know your name. The manager Carrie has created a customer centered culturethat is unmatched by other local businesses. Kudos to her and her team for making it an awesome experience. Read more

This is a small Casey's in a small town, but this is a new one. Some of the other reviewers have said this location is old,... but, since then, a new Casey's was built in 2017. It's also built, so when you roll into town, you can drive right into theparking lot and everyone else in town must yield to you. I find that a powerful position. Most of the time I stop, I stop fora slice of ????pizza and a bathroom break for myself or the kids as we travel back to Kansas City from Branson. This Casey'shas a smaller, one-person bathroom, so a line can develop. However, once you get in, the bathroom is nice and clean, and thewater is always hot, so it's hard for me to complain about any wait. I stopped the other day to clean my windshield and wasastonished the cleaning solution bucket was full of soapy water. The squeegee was sturdy and new, so with the combination offresh, hot soapy water and a capable squeegee, I was able to get my windshield super clean. Slow clap , Casey's! Well donedetail I was not expecting! There's a odd dude who works here that I always seem to run into. He's odd, because every time Isee him, like every time I visit, I say, "Hello, how are you?" He always pauses then looks back at me with a empty stare, andsays, "will that be all?" Never has he addressed my greeting. That won't keep me from trying. If you are coming back from theLake of the Ozarks, Springfield, or Branson, I highly recommend stopping at this Casey's because it's so easy to get in and outof, it's brand new, clean, and well-managed. This is an older Casey's store in a small rural town. It could use a serious upgrade but not sure that it will ever get one due... to the business volume. The fuel area is very small and hard to get in and out of. If you live in Urich and need fuel, you don'thave many options. Read more
