Staff is overworked here. They don't seem to get enough help on weekends. However the food was good and service was quick.
My family and I went through the drive thru on our way home from visiting family. At the intercom, the lady taking our order... was extremely unorganized and difficult to hear. Once we picked up our order, I realized that the lady did not give me my debitcard back. I had to park and enter the restaurant and ask for my card back. That evening, I realized that I was charged twicefor the same meal despite only placing one order. I contacted the McDonalds immediately and was told to contact a corporateoffice. I left a message and never heard back from them. I again called the restaurant a few days later to ask for one of thecharges to be cancelled. The manager was not helpful and was sarcastic towards my complaint. Read more
I don't know if I'm just so used to the nasty McDonald's workers by my house or what, but this McDonald's was such a success! It... was super fast and absolutely delicious (2 20 piece nuggets (excellently crisped to deliciousness), 3 drinks, doublecheeseburger meal, quarter pounder and an extra fry). I didn't catch a name, but the female employee at the front takingorders was such a sweetie! She repeatedly apologized for having to do a little run around before bringing our order to hecounter... It was less than 5 minutes! The only reason I wouldn't be likely to visit within the next thirty days is because Iam not located near this restaurant! (Other wise, I'd be here due to this service!) I don't know if it was just the crew that was working at the time...but is by far the best food I have received at a McDonald's.... Fries were hot.. burger was put together correctly and neatly. The customer service was excellent. The young lady in thepurple hair was the perfect example of great customer service. This store should be the model of how a lot of the otherMcDonald's should be ran. Kudos to you all. Read more
Rude and disrespectful! I was given a raw egg on my sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. You can clearly see the difference between... the two sandwiches purchased at the same time in the same order. The lady in the picture was rude and disrespectful to mebecause I would not throw this sandwich away after having to come back in so my order is corrected. She told me not to comeback. I asked her name because she's not wearing a name tag and she would not give it to me so, I took a picture. Funny, I willbe reporting this person to their corporate office. No one should have to be treated this way especially, while paying theseoutrageous prices. Update Update Update.....
