My Order was fine but I came thru the drive thru and I was getting a bragel it was 5:00pm on a breezy Saturday afternoon and the... barista told me she couldn?t make it because they turned their toasters off due to them closing in an hour! I seriously laughedout loud lmao exactly u close in an hour so make my damn sandwich now lol I was nice but that?s just ridiculous, I had them makeit and I just warmed it up at home but not very professional! The girl working the drive thru today (9/17/22) was so incredibly sweet! My drink order was accidentally mixed up and she... realized it before she even handed it to me, I had said it?s fine but she insisted she would make a new one. I really wouldn?thave minded and would have taken the first drink she made. She just smiled and remade the drink perfectly anyway! That?s thekind of customer service most places are lacking these days. I hope the manager and/or owner appreciates what a good employeethey have. The drive up server was very helpful describing menu items I wasn't familiar with. The ginger green tea was very good, the vegan... sausage bagel was alright. My mistake for getting the "everything on it" bagel. Both were suggestions that I will get again withminor changes. Read more

Jordan working at 8:15 on 8/31 is a true gem to your business!! Great communication skills and managed chaos with no problem... with kindness and understanding. I just got one of the energy drinks ask the girl in the drive-through if it was made with bread bowl, she replied back with no... but she could make it that way. It came out phenomenal. The service was so friendly. I?ll most definitely be back for this exactdrink. Read more
