The Avocado toast was good but a squeeze of lemon would have taken it to great. My husband had the chicken and waffles the cream... melted off before I snapped a photo. The chicken was a bit overcooked but seasoned well. For a $20 dish he left hungry whichwas a little disappointing. The service was good and the fresh squeezed OJ was delicious. This is honestly the best brunch place in the metro Detroit area. I've been to many brunch houses in the local area and none of... them compare. The drinks are refreshing and they have creative/ delicious food items. The inside has a modern look and the staffis extremely friendly. I don't understand how anyone can post a 1 star review because of how busy it is or overpriced they thinkit may be. Its busy because its great and it's priced like any other quality brunch place. Artsy design delicious eats great service . Eggs Benedict was very tasty,.grilled portobello mushroom sandwich and Mexican salad... was delicious too. I have had almost everything on the menu... and have brought out of town guests here and e raves about the unique spin Bread and Roses puts on each and every dish theyserve. This place runs like a well oiled machine! We were seated behind their line (photo) and I was seriously impressed with their... process. Appears to be family run and all the employees know their parts. Food came up super fast and was delicious. EverythingI saw come out if the kitchen looked great as well. Pricing is a bit higher than most and the weekend breakfast rush makes theplace seem chaotic but I had no regrets. I will definitely be back. Check them out! Read more
