I ordered $50 worth of food paid for extra ranch and bbq they got my order incorrect and forgot to give my my condiments that I... paid for so when I called they said they would take care of it when I come in I went on vacation and a month later i tried usingit and they said I had 30 days to use it in which they NEVER told me it expired after 30 days they took my money for something Inever received and they basically told me to bad! We had the worst experience tonight. Called in a carryout and over the phone was told 15-20 minutes. So we arrived after 20... minutes and it wasn't ready, which was ok I get it you get behind. But after awhile of waiting my husband was told 2 more min,ok no big deal. 5 minutes had passed and we watched customers all come and go with no word on our order. I had then asked howmuch longer and could see the exchange between someone who identified themselves as the manager and the person on the deepfryer. You could tell my food wasn't even started yet. I had to ask again how much longer and I was told 3 more minutes and atthat point I had asked for a refund. 40 minutes had passed and I was disgusted with the service. I was then given a hard timefor my money back. The staff needs to be trained on professionalism, communication, and apparently they need to learn thecomputer system that you use because they did not know how to properly execute a refund.
