Food was pretty good and well prepared. Salad was fresh, French fries were excellent, kids loved the mini burgers. We were... really impressed with the staff. The waitress serving our table was working with others to make sure that all the sat tableswere taken care of. We were checked on multiple times. The service was above and beyond. Read more
I normally do not frequent corporate establishments but I like this Chilis near my house. Great service and lots of locals. My... only gripe is their actual chili differs from all other locations and all states, too much chili powder to the point it'sbitter. Stars just for value, not necessarily for quality of food. It wasn't pricey. Spicy Bloody Mary was nice and spicy but I agree... with other 3 months ago weak as H. I poured my own shot into it (shhuusshhh). Cajun pasta with chicken? No flavor. I could makethis dish in 4 minutes in an Instapot for 1/3 the price and more flavor. They're "queso"? Just weird. We thought it was soupas it came in a bowl as such. I literally believe it was coney dog chili mixed with a lil bit of diluted Velveeta. Just odd. Waitress couldn't recommend or comment on any of the "new" menu items because she was "vegetarian" and "wouldn't eat thatanyway". Lol. Came to our table 3 times (THREE) after receiving our meals to ask if more food dishes in their hands were ours. We sent them away twice with a "nope" but by the third time I was ready to say "Yup" because that one looked good. I mean, Iwas ready to take the mini Caeser salad that wasn't ours but it certainly wouldn't have complimented our other food. Where am I? Read more
Ordered the half bbq ribs and quesadilla it came with all the following.... 1. bbq ribs very dry and not enough bbq sauce. 2.... The corn on the cob texture was off ... was very soggy.... they add way too much butter drenched on it. 3. The sausage was goodit had cheese in it. 4.The brisket quesadilla was just okay pretty bland. 5. Mashed potatoes were good. My son had the burgerold fashion was very tasty and juicy and fries perfectly well done as requested. The new chicken southwest salad with cheesequesadilla was good but ask for dressing on side. Wonderful place to enjoy great food, awesome service and meet with friends! I love Chili?s in Arizona and this Michigan... location did not disappoint. Our server, Mary, was spot on with customer service and we will be back for sure! She made usfeel so special and was one of my most favorite waitresses of all time!!! The whole restaurant was very clean and we had agreat lunch. Highly recommend! Read more
Clean, fast service, very good experience. I came here to go on a date, and within 30 seconds of sitting down they had my drink... out. When my date didn't show up, the staff were very kind and friendly, even though I was taking up one of their booths. Highlyrecommend this location! Read more
