I have been here many times since moving to the area 4 years ago. The food has always been hot and delicious.

Expensive, night crew is often inaccurate, long wait times for food, consistently raising prices and reducing portion sizes. I... used to feel good about paying a little more for quality pizza but lately I have felt like "I paid this much for this???" I've lived around this jet's most of my life. It's always been a go to pizza place for me and my family. I hadn't had pizza from... this jet's for about 2 yearsvfor no reason other than just not eating much pizza. I went in the other day to see if they stillsold slices and they have redone the entire interior with seating and all! And they still sell slices!!! Been a favorite Jet's of mine consistently for years. Front counter is pleasant and professional. Cooking crew is fast and has... always gotten the order correct. Big one here, the gluten free pizza has always been free of cross contamination. Delivery orpickup they're fast and professional. I'm pleased they've been the closest Jet's pizza to me for more than 15 years. Read more

I placed an order for a small 4 corner pizza on Halloween. After getting home I noticed the pizza was over well done and did not... taste good. I called the store later that night because they were really busy. I explained to the manager that I was displeasedwith the pizza. She mentioned that the pizza was burned from sitting in the hotbox for so long and she said they call out thename when the pizza is done and we cannot do anything for you. That was not the case. There was a line going out the door andmost people were waiting 15 minutes for their food and they were not calling out names for orders. As a frequent jets pizzacustomer I will not be returning to this jets pizza again or any jets pizza for that matter for the lack of customer service. Idon?t think remaking the pizza for a customer a small pizza for that matter is that big a deal especially to satisfy a customer. Read more
