Ordered Jets at 7. We picked up the pizza around 7:30. They gave us a pepperoni deep dish instead of the pineapple deep dish we... ordered. I called and spoke to a manager, Mike, who offered to have the pineapple pizza delivered. The delivery guy got here at9 and told us that we had to swap the pizzas. During COVID. I'm not sure if they thought the customer was lying or if they werereally eager to resell a pepperoni pizza. We have been ordering from this Jets for years, but after this we'll take ourbusiness elsewhere. I suggest you do the same unless you want to catch COVID. Read more
I have ordered from this Jet's Pizza so many times, and they are always on point for me.Their delivery is within the given... amount of time, and they are always giving me whatever promotion they have available. The pizza quality here is better thanother corporate style pizza restaurants. Their Detroit style deep dish square pizzas are the best. Every piece of the crustcrunches with every bite. It is cheesy, and it is dry with the amount of sauce they put on it. The toppings they use have arebetter quality than other pizza places I have been to. The one thing I like most about the customer service here is that theywill always go through whatever promotions they have and apply it to my order. If I do not qualify for the available promotions,then they always suggest it based on what I have ordered so far. The pizza here is a little pricier, but it is worth it becauseof the flavor and crunch; if I can get a deal on it, I will take it! Read more
