Order through the mobile app, decided to grab it to-go from the lobby. I walk to the door to pick up my food, it's locked. I get... back in my truck. Order is paid so I decide to wait at the drive-thru. Employee asked me to get out my truck and walk to thedoor to grab my food, I insist and ask if I could grab it at the window. Lady rudely tells me to move forward. I grab my food.Lady tells me that I didn't read the sign "with an arrow". Continues to write down my work truck number with passive aggressivebehavior. Had to ask to get the rest of my food also the lobby was randomly closed. Didn't do the buy one get one free deal right I... completed the survey but they charged me for two big Macs. Also gave me a drink I never asked for very confusing. Read more
So this location is a few minutes from my home, so I use this location a lot. I know that fast food restaurants get busy and... mistakes are made so I am usually pretty patient, I wait til the same mistake happens 3 times before I call. I have had to callthis location about 2 or 3 times and every time I call, the Managers are so rude, they speak over you, their tone is rude ,acting like your bothering them, even when its their mistake and before your finished they hang up on you. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD! SCAM ALERT! Sept 20th ordered a gift card for $20. They ran two $20... transactions on my card but gave me one. Spoke with manager Erin on 27th. Can hear the employee in background, through phone,trying to say she gave me two receipts and that she refunded the one. Seven days later-- no refund has appeared on my card. Nosense of urgency from manager. I told her I would be disputing the charge. Manager says yes go ahead and do that. Ugh. Toldmanager even if it was the case of an error, they never told me about it when giving me my cc back. I see a SCAM here. I will becontacting Corporate. This location is horrible. Got an orange juice (on the left) that was basically orange flavored water. Both McMuffins were... missing the Canadian bacon. Hashbrowns tasted like they were fried in oil that wasn't at a high enough temperature as they werevery oily. Judging by all the other negative reviews at this location, I'm surprised they have not had their franchisinglicense pulled. Read more
Everytime I go there there is always something wrong. I was short changed.. Last time I ordered and paid for 6 sauces. Never got... them. Then this time I ordered a mcChicken with cheese and pickle..... why is there no lettuce? And the amount of mayo on hereis absolutely too much. Read more
Prices seem to be higher at this McDonalds then the one on 23 Mile Road. I like coming here though, because there's never a big... line. In part, because the service is so fast. They have a friendly crew, that's always helpful and smiling. I visit thisMcDonald's almost every day and I'm never disappointed.
