Panera bread has some very delicious dishes. The last time I was in and the last few times I?ve been in the place just seemed... unclean. I wouldn?t say that they take the upmost care making your meal. Here and most every restaurant I went to they reallylost keeping the tables clean. Wow? I have a good understanding how restaurant chains work, franchisees and owned-ones, but this particular one never fails to... disappoint. Either some sides are not available (their lack of baguette, for soups, is a constant reminder we choose otherplaces in the area) or they order is not mindfully prepared (?no onion in the sandwich, please? gets someone ignored). All thesemishaps add costs (need another sandwich) and loss of revenues (customers shop somewhere else). Let?s remind ourselves thatPanera means ?Bread Bin? or bread basket - and for good measure, let?s ensure the name of the chain says ?Bread?: so PaneraBread should definitely have breads, pastries, readily available until 1h before closing time. And the staff should be empoweredby reinforcing the mission statement of the brand. How? Better demand forecasting, staffing, management. That particularlocation has been in operation for more than 5 years - likely 10 years. This means a lot of weeks and seasons passed, and theyhave accumulated a lot of historical figures for forecasting and actuals throughout these years. They should not have to say?breakfast consumes a lot of baguettes? as an excuse not to have baguettes for soups in the evening, as the cashier was tryingto come up with some answers. When the manager was called in - ?no, chips are not an option for soup? - he suggested to use thebread loves, for which they had 3-4 still available. This means the cashier was not empowered to use that bread as an alternate?Strike 1. What is more, when we received our soups, there were baguettes with our order! I hate to write bad reviews but service was unreal... was told in drive thru to come inside because there was 20 minute wait in... drive thru... came inside and there were staff standing around doing nothing. They said I could use the kiosk so they couldcontinue to stand around and not run the register and the card reader on kiosk was broken. Both cold and hot drinks were out oflids, and I got an eye roll when I asked for a lid, like it was so much to ask. So we just hungry... Just awful! Read more

Placed a curbside order as I know the drive-thru can get pretty backed up at times. My order was ready on time and came out as... soon as I parked. The food taste great and my order was correct only issue is that ive noticed they have started being a littlegreedy with the chicken for the salad as we could only find 2 small pieces in each. Good here for lunch alot. Such good food. Everything taste so fresh. Order is never wrong. Food is never just thrown in a bag.... Everything is always neat, clean, packaged correctly. It does not go unnoticed panera bread. Well done. Quit wasting money onfast food when you can eat good for almost the same price here. Read more
