QDOBA food was good and what is expected - consistent with other trips to similar locations. However, we arrived a few minutes... after opening and used the restrooms before ordering...the men's room was really in bad shape not having been cleaned in sometime. The Coke freestyle machine was also on the fritz offering only a selection of options. Suggest some TLC from thisleadership team to ensure the store is in proper working order. Read more

My experiences with this place are mostly good. Every single time I've gone, the staff is pretty young but they seem to be quite... mature and decently hard workers. Even when I went in and their cash register was not taking credit cards, this one young ladywas calculating all the prices and tax on paper and keeping records of everything in order to get people back their cashproperly. That's a skill I thought went out 20 years ago. It's usually pretty good food but sometimes I think they just leaveit out way too long. I've had a couple of incidents where the meat is extremely chewy or the cheese is just smelling kind of bador the lettuce is all will be limpy. So I think they could try to change out the food a little more often and not leave it allday. Lastly their stores usually pretty clean as far as the counters and the tables. But the floor is always always absolutelyalways sticky and gross. I'm not sure they have ever mopped since the store opened up. So all in all a pretty good place. Mopthe floor once in awhile (this coming from somebody who's not a neat freak at all) and make sure especially with the meats andthe cheese they are changed out more than once a day because they get pretty nasty. this was the worst visit I've ever had here things were okay with my prior visits but today was the most disgusting I've ever... seen this place. I honestly don't know where they find these kids to work behind the counter because they are obviously as rudeas whoever the manager is. Don't go here anymore this place clearly has management that does not give a damn. Disgusting floors,disgusting drink station. Probably the worst Qdoba I?ve ever been to. I was happy to have a fresh new restaurant around when it opened but have had maybe... 2 positive experiences at the store since opening day 2 years ago. Consistently out of ingredients (black beans and jalapeñoslast time I was in, fajita veggies often, different meats, etc.). Management is indifferent to the issues and I?ve even heardone sound quite upset that a customer had so many requests on his bowl. Team members look like scrubs and work with absolutelyno sense of urgency. Very lax atmosphere which is leading to poor quality, service, and cleanliness. Get it togetherguys. EDIT: for anyone wondering, qdoba reached out via email and basically just offered free food. I declined since this isn?tfor a free meal, I genuinely want them to address the issues at this location. EDIT 2: in good hopes of an improvement, I triedto order Qdoba during the Stay Home order on 4/13. see photos for the quality they?re sending out to people spending $14 for ONEMEAL. Great food. Lots of choices. Very friendly staff. I always need plain rice from back sense I don't like cilantro and they are ... nice about it. Update rude rude staff ....the staff is very rude My husband and I have gone there several times and have beentotally disrespected we have taken our kids there and we have been treated poorly because the staff is an a bad mood theirslamming containers they're angry. We got here at about 1 PM and there was no line, and the employee working was really nice, friendly and helpful with explaining... everything to us. it looked a little bit messy behind the counter so I was nervous about the food, but it ended up beingdelicious and fresh, and it looked a lot better when I had my bowl in front of me than it did behind the counter. Maybe theyjust need to clean the glass and the areas between the food containers? We decided to eat there and all of the tables wereclean which was nice. The doors entering and exiting the building were really dirty. It was to the point where my mom and I bothlooked at each other and said something, because there was so much dirt and grime on the handles and the area of the door whereyou would push to open it from the inside? The place definitely needs to be cleaned which is concerning but again the food wasreally good and the service was really good. Read more
