Great place just opened recently. We went in for lunch and got the 2 person BoneFire with all the different meats except the... brisket. The meat was all great. The potatoes need Ketchup to offset the aftertaste I couldn't put my finger on but I've had itbefore almost like Basil. My pick of the items would be the steak it was smokey and yummy. The sauce was spot on for all themeats. The sausage was on the done side but didn't kill the flavor. They had coke products and it was better than average theretoo. Great atmosphere and lighting. I would go back again. They have lunch and takeout that is going to be my next trial. Read more

Everything was great today for lunch. Came in around noon, was fairly busy. Staff was friendly and greeted us right away. ... Quick drink service and on tho the food. Cornbread and pork belly were great apps, ribs and the brisket grilled cheese did notdisappoint. Overall very positive vibe, service, and food. Looking forward to coming back! Read more

The pineapple cocktail was so good. The food was delicious. We had a small issue with the wait time in a Togo order we placed... while eating but the management went ABOVE and beyond with making it right and compensating us without even being asked to doanything at all. The manager who approached us as we were leaving was incredibly awesome. We didn?t even complain but she knewthere was a longer than expected wait time and she wanted to make sure that she made it right. Her customer service skills weretop notch and her support for her staff was equally impressive. I think the server might have been somewhat new or maybe havingan off day but she was sweet and attentive and overall a very good server. I would highly recommend. We will definitely makethis one of our new go to?s. Read more

We had our dinner at this location last night. Danielle was our server and she provided us a very good service. The 3 stars is... for her. The food that we ordered from the menus were all okay, the ambiance and the crowd were alright. We just went toexperience since it was newly opened, but I think we had enough! Read more

We visited on the 6th day after grand opening. Obviously, still working out the kinks! So, we were extremely patient with our... service. The front positions of the restaurant appeared to be fully The place was busy and appeared to be fully staffed. However, the back of the house seemed to be a different story as we waited 45 minutes for our food. In the meantime, ourwaitress Samantha was extremely informative with keeping us aware when our food was coming. Everything was good when it arrivedto our tables with the exception of my steamed broccoli which was over cooked. Our mocktails were extremely good. I did letSamantha know as a courtesy, because I wasn't looking for anything free. She offered to get me another side, but I didn't tellher until we paid the bill. I am looking forward to going back after the newness wears off. Read more

The food was great I had the St. Louis ribs and they were everything I expected them to be. The brisket my boyfriend had was so... tender. And to top it off the chocolate cake and cheesecake was so decadent. Shoutout to our waitress Tasha she was great wehad no issues and her personality was great Read more

My wife and I love Smokey Bones. We were looking forward to the grand opening all week, but this first experience was a huge let... down. Somehow, our waiter (Sibriano, I think) failed to put in my wife?s order (steak) with the rest of ours. He didn?t evenrealize it ? I had to make him aware of it by letting him know that her food wasn?t on our receipt. So, when our food arrived, nicely boxed and bagged up for us (thanks to one of the managers), her order hadn?t even been submitted to the back of thehouse. My 2- year-old was exceptionally patient throughout this whole ordeal, but of course he hit his limit, so I asked for thefood to-go before it even got to us. The food I ordered for my two little boys (cheeseburger and pulled pork sandwich) came outapproximately 45 minutes after we ordered it ? along with mine, which was completely wrong. I ordered the ribs and brisket(which I paid $5 extra for, but did not get) with a baked potato and broccoli. Instead, I got a full rack of ribs, French fries, chili and Texas toast ? I didn?t find out my order was wrong until we got home. My wife didn't receive the sangria she ordereduntil we were just about walking out the door. Being that I, myself, have previous restaurant management experience, I canempathize with the extensive process of staffing, training, and the first dinner service of a new restaurant. I realize thatmuch of the staff is probably brand new, with no prior food/beverage service experience, and that there are all echelons ofmanagement and corporate training staff present; so the environment may be overwhelming and intimidating to inexperiencedwaitstaff. There were a lot of people there yesterday for the grand opening, and perhaps we should have thought twice beforegoing to such an event with a two year old. However, the lack of service we received, and perpetual confusion andmiscommunication between the multiple members of management and our waiter resulted with my wife wanting to never return to thi Read more
