I really loved this place, but my last experience completely ruined it. I tried to order off of their app - biggest mistake I... could?ve made. I usually go to the location on Garfield (which apparently is called the Partridge Creek location even thoughit?s NOT at the mall), but sent my order to the Lakeside location (again - NOT AT THE MALL) thinking it was the right one sincethe only other locations available to me were apparently Canton and Ypsilanti. I realized the address wasn?t right and divertedto the correct location, still checking my app and wondering why my normal location wasn?t showing up. We get there - they don?thave our order. I check the app AGAIN, and it says my order is now at NOVI, which wasn?t an option for me to order from, AND Ipulled the directions to the Lakeside location from my order. The girls working were nice enough to just remake our order buttold us that this happens ALL THE TIME. That?s not acceptable.
