I really loved this place, but my last experience completely ruined it. I tried to order off of their app - biggest mistake I... could?ve made. I usually go to the location on Garfield (which apparently is called the Partridge Creek location even thoughit?s NOT at the mall), but sent my order to the Lakeside location (again - NOT AT THE MALL) thinking it was the right one sincethe only other locations available to me were apparently Canton and Ypsilanti. I realized the address wasn?t right and divertedto the correct location, still checking my app and wondering why my normal location wasn?t showing up. We get there - they don?thave our order. I check the app AGAIN, and it says my order is now at NOVI, which wasn?t an option for me to order from, AND Ipulled the directions to the Lakeside location from my order. The girls working were nice enough to just remake our order buttold us that this happens ALL THE TIME. That?s not acceptable. How is it that not all of the locations showed up on my app, andit got sent to the wrong store??? Read more
Best coffee drinks anywhere! Ever since I started coming here, I refuse to go elsewhere. It is super clean and eclectic. ... The manager, associates and owner are super friendly and they know how to make quality barista drinks. Very friendly place tomeet friends or catch up on some work with a nice drink. Highly recommend! Ordered a Chai latte and dirty cold brew. The cold brew was excellent. The Chai latte was exceptionally good. Nice amount of... spice! This Tea, Coffee, and Pastry Shop is a great place to get a coffee or tea and pastry. The staff here have always been very... friendly and helpful. I wanted to purchase a scone with cream and jam, as Queen Elizabeth II would have it. Although they hada variety of scones, they did not come with cream or jam and offer butter instead. It was a hot summer day both times Ivisited. I tried the Rooibos "Red Bush" Tea and the Pomegranate with Pink Rose Petals and they were both delicious andrefreshing. I really enjoyed this coffee going experience, the staff was friendly and we'll informed, the drinks had obvious attention to... detail which I appreciated. They had merch and names that were well branded. They even had calorie counts on the drinks-although not always scaled for the different sizes-. Overall a very very pleasant experience and I would for sure go again if Iwas in the area -this is around where I live really, a shame tbh, I would frequent here- Read more
