We went through the drive through. My friend ordered and the lady took order but didn't give the amt we owed. Pulled up to the... window and there was a ladder were the person should be. A man's voice said we never ordered and it was closed. There was nosigns posted so I seriously think they need to get there act together. Better communication here please. We weren't the onlybusiness that they lost. About 7 other customers 'running for the border' missed out. Read more

Employees were nice, but whoever made the food put about an ounce to no meat on all of my items. Not coming here again
We placed our order in the drive thru and asked for no sour cream. When we approached the window, we were told that he wasn?t... sure if there was sour cream on our food or not, but did not attempt to double check, and proceeded to give us the food anyway.We stopped him (James) and asked to speak to a manager. James then got loud, and introduced himself as ?James? and proceeded totell us what time he was off work, as if he wanted a confrontation. He then walked away from the window cursing after we askedfor a refund. It took nearly 3 days to receive the refund on my debit card. I will never visit this location late night again. Read more
Most enjoyable experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell in my 50 years. I ordered an item that had tomatoes that I thought did... not. I went back up to the counter and ordered another without. They refused to charge me for MY MISTAKE! On top of that, I wastreated with the upmost respect. It was the young lady's first day or two and was very nervous. She did a fantastic job with myorder and the orders that were taken while we ate our meal. Just an all around FANTASTIC experience. Read more
Maybe update your hours!?!? It?s 12:30am on a Friday it says 2:30am is when you close? your employees are inside but won?t take... orders? Update seen cars in the drive through and when I got to the speaker they said closed at 12:56am? Came here 2:00am on 6-1-22, yes the morning of 6-1-22, and the employee would sit there and pretend to take orders then not... place them. (Edit as follows) the person schedules at this time said ?welcome to Taco Bell what can I get you to day?. Iproceed to place my order and get no response. I went through the drive through 3 times and can assure you that it was said witha different contour each time to assure it was not a recording. I am 68 my husband is 72. We don?t do well with kiosks. I asked the employee if he could help me. He said use the kiosk. We... left. Please tell your employees that there are patrons who cannot use the kiosk. He was standing there looking at us. Read more
