Egg thieves! They only put one egg on a sandwich that is supposed two! I have had this happen so many times I think it?s policy.... Shady owner. This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too, minus the people work in the drive-through, who aresuper friendly I?ve had three bad experiences, all with the quality the food. This is without a doubt the WORST Tim Hortons I've visited. They mess up my order everytime I go here and this recent visit the... employee in the drive thru gave me a serious attitude for asking questions. I was spending money here every single day. I wanted extra cream cheese on my bagel and I explained to them every time I ask for... extra it's still paper thin so she got pissie and charged me almost $5 for one bagel. I will never spend my money here again Read more

I ordered a coffee at the intercom and then I asked to add a 10-piece Timbit to my order when I got to the window. I was told... it can?t be done. I asked why and the cashier said something like ?it?s hard to do that when it?s busy.? It was late morningwith literally TWO cars behind me with no other cars at the intercom or in line. Because there is no option to add more items onthe register? Or maybe it was difficult putting 10 timbits in a box? Or maybe there were multiple invisible cars behind me? I?llnever know. Read more

Thieves at this location?..My card was charged multiple times for the same order. I hadn?t realized that that happened before,... but after reviewing months of bank statements, I realized that this had happened multiple times with this Tim Hortons location. I only go to Tim Hortons usually 1 time per day in the morning on my way to work M-F. There was a time last month where I gotcharged 3 times in one day. 12.04 each time. That?s when I started to pay closer attention. And then this week I went and boughtmy usual M-Th. Thursday- 2 charges show up on my card. 12.04 and then about 2 hours later?. Another 12.04. On Friday I went inand paid cash and since the order was still pending on my charges I didn?t bring it up, but I did pay cash on Friday. I wake upSaturday morning and was charged the second pending charge from Thursday goes through Friday Morning. Since there are Tim Hortonlocations everywhere, I have stopped going to these thieves at 21 and van dyke and I tell everyone to stay away unless you wantto get double and sometimes triple charged Read more

I put in a 60 dollar order including a dozen of donuts, take 12 coffee box, tim bits, and breakfast sandwiches. They had a sign... that says 2 for 6 special for sanditches, The lady on the mic in drive thru said limit one per vehicle although the sign didn'tsay that so charged me regular price for the other 2 sandwiches. When I pulled up to the window and questioned it, Mary wasrude handing me the food and shut the window on me. I stood there till she opened it again. I asked for a manager, one ladysaid the manager is not here and the other said, yes, he is and some guy Joe came pretending he is a manager telling me that'show it is and the sign is small and they can only put so much on it lol. Not a right way to treat customers. And Mary shouldbe counseled on how to provide good customer service. I did call Tim hortons customer service and provided feedback too. Ilive around the corner and go there regularly. But Going to reconsider spending my money there. Read more

I use to come here all the time but I had not one but two bad experiences here with this location. The first time I came here I... ordered my two egg and cheese bagels on plain with my two drinks of coffee. The one time I got the bagels with egg the eggs hadegg shells cooked into the egg. How gross is that like come on who doesn't know how to crack open an egg and not get shell inthe egg. Then the second time I went back here I ordered two large caramel ice capps with no whip cream. I recieve the order andit has whip cream on it, I told the lady who handed me the drinks I ordered the drinks with no whip cream and was repeating myorder to her and she rudely closed the window on me and didn't even hear it. Then takes the cups back and scraps the whip creamoff with the lids then throws the lids back onto the cups. The man who took my order told me next time say no whip cream causethese come with whip cream. I shouldn't have had that kind of service, all the employees who worked on 9/10 have poor jobperformances. The customer service was terrible this time and I will not be returning to this location ever again. Also mycoffees taste more like whip cream than a caramel ice capp. I work with public as well and never treat my customers like I wastreated here today. Absolutely rude and unprofessional, had us pull ahead to wait for 2 sandwiches thus backing up there drive thru then proceeded... come out without our food to yell at us for holding up the line. What a joke. Tim Horton prolly turning over in his grave withthis kind of behavior seen so much these days from the so called service industry... Read more
