If I could rate any less I would. Customer service is the worst I?ve ever experienced and I am a 63 year old female delivery... driver. I went to pick up an order and asked how long it would be because if it would be 5-10 minutes I could go get my otherorder. The one and only man working there literally snapped back at me even tho I tried to explain I wasn?t rushing him justtrying to see if I had time to get my other order. He yelled and said disrespectful things to me - A FELLOW COLLEAGUE TRYINGTO DELIVER HIS FOOD- and finally told me to cancel the order. I was stunned and said wow I just wanted to know how long youneeded and then he said YEA WOW - IM GOING TO BAN YOU FROM THIS RESTAURANT - all this IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE JUSTAS APPALLED AS I WAS!! I left and called and reported him to my delivery company and had them block any future orders from thisrestaurant out of my queue. If they cannot hire people who respect Their fellow colleagues and customers they should shuttheir doors. If you believe in kindness and respect please boycot this establishment until they can learn how to provide abetter level of customer service to their customers! This place is not good. Miso soup is garbage. Ginger salad is okay. The sushi though is very hard to eat due to its size and the... flavors just aren?t good. Honestly my favorite part was the salad?.that being said, I would get sushi elsewhere. Read more
Wanted to ordered on Thursday 9/9 and they were closed. Went to look at their hours and they are only open on Tuesday and... Wednesday. Now today on Tuesday 9/14 went to order and they are closed again! Google their hours again, and now it says theyare open Thursday - Sunday?? how can you expect people to order from you if your hours change weekly? Read more
I thought that the warm welcome the moment I walked in the door was really nice but what was even better was my surprise at my... spicy poke bowl! My food was so unbelievably fresh not to mention delicious!! I actually walked back in after eating in theparking lot(working in my car) to let the staff know how thrilled I was at how delicious their food was. Trust me, you won't bedisappointed!! Read more
Honestly, this place used to be incredible. One of the best places to grab food in all SE michigan. They decided to go away from... that though. Willow now changed their menu to not include hibachi, and their noodle dishes don't even have vegetables now.Super disappointing, it's just a completely generic sushi place now. Nothing about it stands out. If you're in WashingtonTownship area and want sushi. There's a bunch of places that do it better. Try Yorokobi or something. Read more

Love this place! The sushi and hibachi are always excellent. The lunch prices are good and the amount of food you get for dinner... is quite large. If you want carry out make sure you call ahead. Read more
I got an early dinner from this restaurant on Saturday(around 4pm). Within hours, I was so sick from eating the food they... prepared and served me. I called and left a message on Monday to try and talk to the manage, but never got a return phone call.I will NEVER eat here again, as the food served gave me severe food poisoning. Read more
