First experience there so naturally followed the country song and had Bourbon Street steak. It was well cooked. There were only... 4 small pieces of mushroom on the plate. Potatoes advertised as garlic didn't really have garlic but we're still good. Myboyfriend had the shrimp and chicken dish that was only $11! He said it was really good. Both of our fries were cold. I ordered fish and chips. Nearly inedible due to being over breaded to the point that the inside... was uncooked. A group of employees were congregated having a great time while patrons waited for service. Overall not a goodexperience, something I've never had at an Applebee's. Read more
Food melted in my mouth....staff very nice and professional....
Servers were polite and the food was good but..... The wait time was ridiculously slow. I think a 45 minute wait for burgers is... too long. It took at least 15-20 minutes for a standard side salad as well. To top it off the table that ordered after usreceived their food first and we had less people. Read more

I am big on customer service. This place has gone downhill. First your host, while nice was too loud and interruptive. He kept... interrupting our dinner wayyyyy too much. 2nd we waited for our food for 40+ min. Mind you we had to wait for the appetizer atleast 20 min after ordering. 3rd took them 15 min or so to even acknowledge we were seated after arrival. While the food wasgood, thankfully I was able to cut my chicken with my fork bc we were not given a full set of utensils. I never got thebroccoli I ordered and my dad never got his coleslaw and my mom never got her extra dressing for a salad she ordered. It wasn?teven busy. The restaurant wasn?t full. There should have been no reason we arrived at 4:10 and not leave until 6:38 and mainlybc we were waiting on our food. If this isn?t the place my dad wanted to eat for his bday (bc of location) we would have beenat the Roadhouse. You have to do better AB.
