Allowed me to check my order before leaving the drive-thru and one item was missing they replaced it no problem
When I went they were very busy. I had to wait about 30 minutes for our order but as I said they were busy so it was... understandable. The place was a little dirty. They messed up my order. But I think I was short-staff too. Read more

It's not normal for me to say five star ,, but louis and Amara earned it ,,, I came ordered, when they were closing at 11pm,... had a line, but they replaced my cold fries for hot fries with no issue, and smiles on their faces.. made my night because Iexpected an attitude for asking for great fries, but they delivered ,with a smile... Today I witnessed greatness at McDonald's! I pulled up to get my order and the lady at the window asked me to check if my iced... tea was the correct kind. She wanted to make sure that I got what I ordered. It was not correct, but I was beyond thankfulthat she wanted to ensure that I received the correct order. She could have given me anything, but she didn't. She did theright thing and it was awesome! All the while she was battling a bee at the window and she didn't let it get in the way ofproviding EXCELLENT customer service. Way to go! This woman deserves a raise! Service was terrible. We noticed people waited more than 20 minutes just to get served and another 20 minutes just to get 2... Mcdouble. The service was slow and so non caring of the customers concerns. The only bright stop was the great service fromMicheal when he came off break. He did more to service the customers in 5 minutes then the crew did before he showed up. Wewere served nicely and treated politely. Great job Michael. Thanks Read more
